Cork's shooting has been poor...Tipp's shooting has been quality.

Cork have issues, both the hurling and football teams lack the natural sense of entitlement Cork used to have..Killkenny should be marginal favourites

I've tried watching hurling but I suspect you have to be there... I found it impossible to follow because I can't see ... Gaelic Fitba is much easier to keep track of

Gaelic football is rubbish, particularly when played by teams north of the border...hurling is special, definitely better appreciated live..if you make it over cdogg, a championship hurling match at our national stadium, croke park, is a must

I have tentative plans to visit fall 2015 ... May be my only chance... I've heard outsiders rave about the experience of a championship at Croke ... Maybe someday I'll get to see it... On a tv it is hard to follow!

Last time I was over, the Winter Olympics was on. I actually was watching CURLING. The women's matches were always on when I was getting up so that was what I watched. I found myself saying "After this curling match, I'm going to go get something to eat. Wait, WTF."

I've seen hurling played live and it was brilliant. Love watching on tv too. You get used to what's going on.

Suarez is going to be playing in Barca's friendly today against Leon. I don't know if he's starting or how much time on the field he'll be given.

I know it's not a world class opponent but damn Barca look lethal. 2-0 after 12 minutes.

It's going to be interesting to see what Barca is like this year

In theory, they should score record numbers of goals

But you never know how it will mesh... It isn't FIFA

I was watching documentaries on youtube and happened upon one about Alan Hansen ... It was pretty gay really, a lot of stroking and what have you... I was struck by some scenes of Hansen, Graeme Souness and Kenny Dalglish sitting at a table in some fancy pub swapping Liverpool stories... It basically went like this

Hansen: "You'd basically never know I was Scottish judging by the way I speak blahblahblah"

Souness: "I'm a whopping, daft arsehole. I think I'll go sign some imaginary african players"

Dalglish: "*completely unintelligible Scots gibberish followed by laughter*"

Damn, knew that wouldn't last long.

Costa opens up his EPL account. 1-1.
