    Yep.

I read about this as a possibility yesterday but wasn't sure how much truth there was to it. I don't think he's worth it either. Sure he'll have some good games but the guy defines inconsistency. I guess Pool figure they have good experience in dealing with dramatic strikers so Balotelli shouldn't be anything they can't handle.

Yeah, but if there's one thing you can say about Suarez, he's consistent... He's one of the 4 or 5 most consistently dangerous attackers in the world... Yes, he might bite someone, he might dive theatrically, he may even shout "Negrito" or whatever at someone, but he'll score bushels of goals and create bushels of others, year in and year out

Balotelli is a guy who will score a hat trick and then disappear for 5 matches before scoring another and he's been a managerial nightmare everywhere he's gone

I'm tired of this fence sitting. Tell us exactly what you think about Balotelli.

Rangers is one of the biggest selling points of Celtic and vice versa. SPL clubs are struggling but at least Celtic V Rangers will attract some players to Celtic. That's the short term goal, long term, get the hell out of the SPL

Balotelli is a cunt but he is talented. The Rodgers will fix him.

Shane Long just went for 12 million, we are likely to sell Borini for 12 or 14.
Balotelli for 16 is well worth the risk. There are NO strikers out there and we desperately need one. One good year from Mario will do, we can re-evaluate the situation next summer and with the Suarez fee - Mario in the bank.

Balotelli will score 4 goals in his debut match.

Two nights later he will be arrested after he drunkenly rear ends a car that happens to be carrying a pregnant Kate Middleton.

It's 16 mil for Balotelli, yeah?

Considering Liverpool desperately need a striker and given the lack of quality available strikers out there, it's not a bad fee, really... It's nothing like what City blew on him years ago

Balotelli is a weird player. Sometimes he looks totally inept, never moving into space, walking when he should be running etc, then in the next match he looks unplayable. I don't know if he's worth the risk. Surprised TKO is happy with the deal as he usually hates those kinds of players *cough* Adel *cough*

    TKO told me the following:

"We need a striker so you have to take what you can get. Unfortunately, this player is colored. Liverpool should not be a club for colored people. We don't want wogs here. wogs out."

    what a piece of shit

Suarez wanted to play football and bit people three times in three years.

This guy Balotelli is a fucking mook and he's the last thing we needed.

His talent is above average, the fee is well below average, on paper it is a very decent deal but it ends there.

There is something else to consider.....this signing has a built in safety-clause in the form of Origi, who has been signed for next season already.

So if Balotelli cunts about, just sell him, another guy is already lined up.

If he needs selling chances are the majority of the sale price will be recouped.

So it makes sense in that regard. Its a limited-liability gamble.

Financially, if the sum is 16M or so, it won't be so costly if he can bang in a few goals...some Turkish team will pick him up for similar amount in a year or two...the problem arises where he distracts the team and its management with dressing room fights, off the field exploits..

Whit exactly dae Celtic have against the people o' Newcastle?...

'Celtic stopper Virgil van Dijk is reportedly a target for Newcastle but Deila last night told him to stay at Celtic just now and he’ll end up at a bigger club than the Magpies.
He said: “Virgil is vital for us. If he trains well and focuses on the right things he can go to big clubs and by that I mean above Newcastle."'

    Ootrage!
