GSP is still being abducted by aliens? The guy clearly has serious brain damage. He even stated there are times when he forgets what happened during his last 3 hours or so. He should enjoy what's left of his mental health and stay retired.

I think it's deflection. For the bulk of his career, it was widely suspected that GSP was juicing.

Now that he's not fighting and can't fail a drug test, he's making noise about testing.

Either that OR he's decided to stop using for health reasons and only wants to fight if he's certain guys aren't getting the same unfair advantage he always has.

GSP has been pushing for testing for YEARS. Even while he was fighting. This isnt the first time he hinted and hendricks being on something. There was a whole issue about Hendricks being tested like GSP was and Hendricks backed out. I agree with GSP. All fighters should be tested they way he gets tested. You will catch all the cheaters.

The UFC should be a drug-free organization with the most thorough drug testing in the world.

I agree if you mean performance enhancing drugs. Drugs that don't enhance performance shouldn't be tested for.

I hope GSP stays retired. He's past his prime. He made the rare decision to retire and go out on top (even though I thought Hendricks won). He doesn't have anything left to prove or accomplish. I don't want to see him as another former great who keeps fighting and losing to guys he would have beaten in his prime.

I especially like these parts :

For Kizer, it seems the questions were an attempt to determine their testing, something he eventually had enough of, "and then it got to the point where it was like, 'look, obviously it's pretty clear this isn't working. We'll do our testing on our dime, how we so choose, and let's forget about enhanced testing through the commission.'"

    and

''I don't blame Georges for this, but Georges' people decided to start muddying the waters asking a ton of questions, some which were relevant and some that weren't," Kizer explained. "And they continued to ask questions and then finally they got to the point where they were unavailable and can't be reached in any manner for at least 10 days. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that's a 'no.' That's a 'no' by one's inactions than it is a verbal 'no' or a written 'no,' but you can read the emails yourself and make up your own mind."

I think Kizer was an incompetent buffoon, so I'm not sure I take all that he say's for granted. But it does raise issue about GSP real commitment in cleaning the sport. Personally, I do think that GSP is honest in his quest, he'd rather fight clean as he's weary about the long term use of PED and the benefit they provide vs a clean opponent. I also do believe that he used PED throughout his career, but as I think it'S the case for pretty much every top rate athlete, it'S not really a knock against him.
