As usual, you forgot to precede your post with the words "I believe", "I think" or even an "IMO". Only Republicans speak in absolutes.
I think Anthony Davis is a great rim protector in spite of his inexperience. Also Plumlee is a good defender.
I read some article from an ESPN guy who said after all the USA scrimmages that Durant, Paul George and Harden would engage in an every man for himself game of 21. He said it was an amazing event to watch that George was good, Harden played really good defense but that Durant absolutely couldn't be stopped. He also mentioned that some other guy I think it was Oladipo was watching probably hoping he'd get invited in, but they never invited him. Shiiit, 21 used to my game and the rule always was if it was going on you just hoped in there. That's what I would have done. Anyway this was obviously before Durant quit and George got injured. Dude should have recorded that shit and put it on youtube. He would have got thousands of hits.
pretty sure they were playing a king of the hill type game, not 21. sounds like youre one of those cats who dont like to pass
Nah, I don't mind passing at all, in fact I like making the assist. It's more that I prefer to go it alone for certain things, and basketball, much like Call of Duty, is easier when you're playing free for all.
This thread should be pinned IMO. Brian Windhorst @WindhorstESPN 8m In summary: Kevin Love to Cavs, Wiggins, Bennett, Young to Wolves; Barea, Shved, Heat 2015 1st to Philly.
Anthony if you don't pin this shit LOK will smear his feces on your chest hairs. Spurs and Clippers interested in Ray Allen.
Allen could be lured by the Spurs chances of making the finals again. Also, he's still in good friendly terms with Doc Rivers.
no injury to serge last year and okc is in the finals, spurs made the finals these past two years based off okc injuries, they don't match up well with okc. to me spurs aint an easy route to finals.
I think San Antonio has figured out how to beat OKC now. Just put in Boris Diaw to keep Ibaka out of the paint, and there goes OKC's rim protection. Plus the Spurs have a good crop of youngsters on the come up while OKC will likely just go downhill the moment one of Durant or Westbrook decides to leave.
Pop made some crucial changes after their second loss in that series that dismantled the whole OKC's defensive scheme and left them a confused bunch with their stars fighting with each other. Dallas were closer to beating the Spurs than anybody else. It's never easy getting to the finals in the West, but the Spurs have to be the favorites this next season.
This USA team is bland. Why is Rose playing? Lillard was a better choice and played terrific in the playoffs. Rose was inactive for too long.
Because his NBA Coach is also a FIBA Assistant Coach. FAVORITISM. Same way Coach K got Mason Plumlee on the Squad. REED
okc had game six i cant believe durrant just fell down like that, spurs would have choked in game 7, if no loss to serge it would have forced game seven in which i believe spurs would have lost in
i also think people give spurs and pop too much credit, hes made some dumb ass decisions in crucial games
True. As much as I love Plumlee's hard working attitude, he's not a "Team USA" caliber player. Not to sound racist, but if it were up to me, the whole team USA would be black players. I could mention 10 better PF's than Plumlee right off the top of my head.
