I saw a glimpse of it when BBCAmerica (a complete pile of shit now) actually showed UK comedies. I thought it was set in Belliricay, Essex but shot in Wales? I know they took a trip to Wales once and the douche learned the Welsh language so he could talk to people. They got there and no one knew Welsh.

BTW, this is where I went in Wales:

There should be a separate group that mandates they will vote to stay, but only if Wales is kicked out.

The AC Milan club with Baresi & co at the back and the big three Dutchmen played some exquisite football... Ruud Gullitt was an animal

While the national team is still performing they are not producing the same quality of player, that is a problem

exactly and it's still the sport of Italy, still played all over the place... The things that really hammered Serie A were the big scandal and the fact that they have many clubs playing in large, dilapidated stadiums that they don't actually own... It's no coincidence that Juventus, hit hardest by the scandal is basically the best European representative Serie has... why them and not Milan or Inter? Stadium... Brand new and they own it... creates a huge revenue advantage for them

Probably but National Team success usually boosts home grown talent. That doesn't seem to be happening.

Civic facilities, a lot of them... furthermore, they are shared in a lot of places... Lazio/Roma... Milan/Inter, etc.

I don't think that matters at all, frankly

Winning is enough for the vast majority of people

I'm not sure. The premiership seems to keep growing globally even though its fallen off the pace quality wise.
