    Mesut Ozil continuing his sparkling his form.

    He even picked up a yellow today to prove he was on the pitch! :popcorn:

    Liverpool are chasing a goal and they put Lucas on... it's fair to say Graeme Souness and Paul Merson are a bit baffled by that decision.

    Who gives a monkeys fuck what Souness thinks?

    Raheem Sterling would be popular in prison i think. Tie his tshirt into a crop top and give him some dangly earrings and you're there.

    I read that as Paul Merton. That'd be quite good.

    Ludogrets just shot themselves in the foot right after improbably drawing even... Liverpool get a reprieve

    I reckon Souness goes home and stands in front of a mirror and does the Travis Bickle routine all night.

    "Talkin to me....Talkin to me....well I don't see anybody else...you talkin to me...."

    He's a fucking moron.

    Good news fer Celtic as Liverpool and Rangers gain revenge o'er teams that recently beat the hoops. Ah hope Legia Warsaw has a chance fer a rematch soon in the Europa League, like.

    Benfica and Atletico both lost. Mildly surprising.

    I am in two minds about that shit. Either Liverpool have gone to the dogs overnight and Balotelli and Lallana are the greatest waste of money since Unicef spent $5Bn on condoms for Saudi Arabia, or they are a potentially great team who have been disrupted by not having time to gel and by untimely injuries {Can, Sturridge} and suspensions {Markovic}

    I think right now its the former.

    But...at least Liverpool have big big games to use to correct errors and get playing time.

    I still maintain Rodgers did the right thing by spending what he had. He had to.

    Did he get the signings right? Who knows...but he earned the right to spend it and earned the right to be given the time to see if he could get it to work.

    Liverpool will play much better against sides which actually try and win. I'm looking forward to the Real game.

    Fucking forgot Brentford were playing tonight. Was a nice, tranquil bus ride home and then suddenly it was swarmed with the buzzy bastards.

    Two men on him, got hold of the ball, controlled it and slotted it nicely to the keeper's left... Pretty quiet celebration, smiled sort of a "yes!" Smile, pumped his fist once and acknowledged the supporters
