I do so much for this place and the world in general it's staggering.

People should send me their money.

    I found another possible cause.

    Toothpaste

Many types of toothpaste contain the ingredient sodium lauryl sulfate, and reports in popular media indicate this ingredient can be irritating enough to causing dryness and chapping of the lips. If you are struggling with chapped lips, try switching toothpaste, but also take a look at other products you use on your lips. Many have dehydrating alcohols in them, which you should also try to avoid.

This one can be thrown out as well for obvious reasons.

    Toothpaste? :l3:

You can rule out the toothpaste theory over the chapped lips. His teeth are as yellow as piss.

Liverpool charged with FPP related offences. This is a club who have operated on a sell to buy premise for the past 6 years.

It is my understanding that all teams participating in the CL must be audited. As this is our first appearance in 5 years the audit has been highlighted in the press.

Yeah, they fined City £49m. This is a club who form whom £49m is a fucking drop in the ocean.

Point being, this is standard procedure blown out of proportion in the media. There is no charge at the minute. If they come up with some nonsense failure to comply it makes a mockery of FPP, as you have stated we sell to buy.

If the only punishment for FFP will be fines it won't accomplish anything good.

seriously... so many of these clubs operate on huge debt... what's another 49 million to Real Madrid or Shitty or Chelsea??

PSG were quite enough during the summer window. It can work but the powers that be must enforce the rules, its got to be fines plus transfer ban,

50 million a year is a lot of cash for any club.

50 million is nothing to the biggest clubs like Barca and Real Madrid

They can take on huge amounts of debt because they have so many assets and they take in so much revenue

PSG is the only club in the biggest city in France and it's owned by a gazillionaire... 50 isn't a big deal to them

It's all relative. After last seasons progression, PSG were expected to spend big (bigger than 50) this summer. After the fine, all the talk from Paris was player A needs to be sold before we can sign player B.

Real spend a lot of cash but even they have limits. Their business plan is to buy the most best players in football, this result in one maybe two huge signings each year. If 50 million was nothing to Real, Falcao would be there now.

  29. cdogg187

    cdogg187 GLADYS

Put it this way... 50 mil would send Stoke City tumbling down the English football pyramid

It would potentially put Celtic out of business

Everything's relative... compared to that, it is absolutely nothing to Real Madrid

The problem is if they can afford to pay the fine they'll just pay it and continue operating the same way. Even if a big fine "hurts" it doesn't mean things will change. They need to take action that will make them pay real attention. Ban them from UCL and/or transfers. That will put them into line before a fine.

There's also a level of irony in it. If FIFA deems the club isn't making money because they are spending much more than they are earning where do they think the money comes from when they issue their financial penalty? Do they ask them where they got the money to pay it and does it count as a loss against the club's books the following year?
