Emmanuel Augustus shot in head last night

Well, I remember Alvin Prouder, the kickboxer, was shot in the head back in the day. He survived it and wound up having a really good life after his recovery. It can happen.

The bullet is still lodged in the back of Augustus' head. I haven't seen any updates.

I am surprised he is still training/fighting. Now, looking at boxrec, his last fight was in January 2011. Any idea what he was doing with gloves? Training? sparring?

Emanuel was pretty active in the local gyms. The last I spoke with him, he hinted at a comeback. Speech was slurred a bit, and obvious signs of taking plenty head shots.

Anyway 2 things about that video. One is I'd forgotten Agustus fought Floyd back in the day and two, it was striking to me how much Agustus' voice sounds like Adrien Broner's.
