i picked groves to beat him as well. big deal. dirrell did beat him and a 100 year old johnson gave him a tough fight. pascal and bute are the guys two biggest career wins. you cannot build a hall of fame resume when your best wins are versus canadians.

 

Dirrell did not beat him. You don't win a fight by running and flopping your way through 12 rounds, while throwing the odd eye catching punch. It was one of the most disgraceful performances ever.

Either way, his resumé is far too good for the guy to be described as "awful".

No, but I do believe that the fact that Bute was nine points behind when the round started had a lot to do with why he attacked so hard and in pro ruling was indeed getting the better of it (Golovkin still outscored him by a couple)

From a technical standpoint Froch is shit; HOWEVER, he wins, fights his ass off and will fight anyone. I can't hate on him for that.
