When a guy can't punch, he gets a rep as having bottomless stamina.

When a guy can punch, he gets a rep for having no chin.

    Etc etc.

Saul is one of those guys who has not much of anything.

Sure as shit would be nice if Cotto stopped this puta.

I could see it happening if Miggy bangs his body early, and often. I think Ging is pretty vulnerable to the body.

I think the safest outcome is Cotto by UD.

But if he stops this freckle face faggot, I'll be smiling for days.

I'd like for Cotto to win but I expect canelo to win.

To give you an idea of quite how shit the heavyweight division is - Tarver, a 47 year old light heavyweight, just beat up Jonathon Banks, a contender who beat hot prospect Seth Mitchell in 2 rounds

That's why people make fun of the heavyweight division.

I favour Cotto because Canelo is shockingly shite. I could see a scenario, however, where Cotto has an excellent start and is ahead by the midway point of the fight only for Canelo to take what's thrown at him, ultimately getting to a tired and weary Cotto late on, forcing a dramatic stoppage after an action-packed fight.

Is that so...well to give you an idea how shit the middleweight division is, a former light-welter is the fucking champ. He will conduct his next bit of bidness at that well known weight of 155lbs against a guy who walks around at 170 and can't do a fucking thing with a former 130lb champ whose most vaunted nemesis dragged his last opponent down to 142 or 143 or some shit.

At least get your facts straight Irish, he dragged that smug Yuppie UP from 140, a catchweight of 143 being the a fair catchweight, between their 2 normal fighting weights.

And you forgot to mention that the true middleweight champ, the consensus #1, is Gaybox - who is light years above the whole heavyweight division.

Miguel Cotto is not the best middleweight boxer, but he is the recognized Ring magazine linear champion. Gaybox is just the best #1 contender.

 at #1 contender. Gaybox is the best middleweight in the world and everyone knows it, therefore he should really be considered the true middleweight champion.

I don't have a problem with what panchy posted. He flat out said he doesn't believe Cotto is the best middleweight in the world but he is the linear champion. Outside of the hype, nobody believed Michael Spinks was better than Mike Tyson either.

Banks nor Mitchell were never considered to be top 30 in the world though, they just got to be on TV. Even though the level of heavyweight is very thin, this bout doesn't tell much about it anymore than Ruslan Chagaev and some other dude (I am forgetting his name) winning WBA world championships this year.

    Exactly.

Everybody knew that Tyson was the best HW, but until he beat the man who beat the man he was not yet the champ.

Until Canelo Becomes MORE than just a SPURT Fighter, he's NOT Beating Miguel Cotto...

Canelo's Only Advantages are YOUTH, SIZE & HANDSPEED, but Cotto's MORE than Skilled & Experienced Enough to Cope w/, Adjust to & Eventually OVERCOME those Deficits, in a VERY Exciting Bout...

£400 on Matt Korobov to stop Andy Lee, KO, TKO or DQ, gets you £1000 with British Bookies. 14 stoppages in 24 vs opposition that could be best described as modest suggests Lee will go the distance.

That said...due regard being had for Andy Lees tendency to wilt....it is tempting.

Even if i had 400 quid to toss around the thought of giving to to Lardbrooks Ltd for nothing would unbearable. Go down to Leicester square gardens and give it to Paul the tramp.

Yeah, betting any decent amount of cash on someone that isn't near Pacquiao/Floyd's league is mental. You never know.

And even with proven super elite fighters, you're still playing with fire, look at Pacquiao Vs Bradley 1, that was insane.

I don't bet on boxing anymore, partly because it ruins my enjoyment of the fights.

Nah that coward maricon knows Bob Arum & Golden Boy will not change that bout's date and Arum will ask Fraud to pick another date to which Fraud will refuse and will use that as another excuse to not fight Pacman blaming Arum.

and other part, because you don't win...

betting on boxing is all about the odds, not the favorites like pac or money. In fact it doesn't even matter who you think wins. 1.5 can be as good as a 3.0 it just has to win more often.

I'd think MSG would be a top contender for this one, I don't understand why they're only looking at Vegas or Cowboys Stadium.

Glad I didn't place that bet. Lee always had a bit of power but anybody who carried it to him could usually beat him down.
