By the way, Warriors beat the Thunder today. I knew that outcome before the ball was even tipped up. The Thunder much like the Clippers are a team that is a lot better on paper then they are on the court. It's been an injury plagued season for us, but even now, no matter who we play I never feel confident we're going to win.
The Thunder are arguably the most talented team in the league. They just lack the right system to take them to the next level. Blame Presti for not firing Brooks. They should've gone after Mike Budenholzer.
Westbrook will punch him in the mouth in practice. No one on Cleveland's team checked Waiters like that. LeBron nor Kyrie are those kinda guys.
They received a future first from OKC. They have the assets to pull off a trade for Sanders. The Bucks won't ask for much since Sanders is unhappy there and is refusing to play.

Exactly!! I told many Laker and few other team's fans that they should push hard for Budenholzer, Most just said who?? He was like a Thibs before anyone knew who he was.
Smith off the bench... 28 MPG 18 PPG 50% FG 6.7 RPG 2.3 APG You said he should come off the bench, and I did agree somewhat, but knew had some ego. But he's coming off the bench now, not sure how long it will be. It was actually Smith's idea to come off the bench for awhile, he needs to get acclimated as he's never been on a team where he'd be #3 option or even #4. He's looking better game by game, but Rockets have had very little practice time, by the playoffs, Smith will be a major factor for this team.
Dallas Mavs' are 7-2 in 9 Games w/Rondo (6 Game Winning Streak), who's Averaging 12.7pts, 8.2dimes, 5.8boards, 1.7steals... REED:clapagain:
Yeah, Butler's GANGSTA... Not Only Should The League Give Butler its "Most Improved Player" Award RIGHT NOW, he Should Be on the 2015 NBA All-Star Team.. REED:mj:
Oh I know, I have a friend of a friend that's a friend of his family, he's a cool dude by all accounts and a relentless hard worker, he deserves everything coming to him and that block on Harden :clapagain: He's also a RFA after this season, he's going to get PAID. Bulls better match any offer, I'm sure they will. They need to shed some salary though, it might have to be Taj.
Preciate that Hay. For those wondering it was rumored talk about OKC making a trade for Brook Lopez. That's about as dumb a move as a team can make. There are more things to look for in a player besides offensive/defensive abilities and personal quality. Health is just as important and Lopez has shown he can't stay healthy. It's just like having Andrew Bogut or in the Cavs case Anderson Varejo. The only team that can probably afford to take health issues with a grain of salt is Phoenix.
I know, why would they start him when Motiejunas has been playing so well. Let him earn his starting spot. If Jones returns and regains his form quickly, I see Smith barely playing. The Jones/Motiejunas rotation is more than enough. Thankfully the Rockets paid little for him.
On the other hand, Detroit are on a 6 win streak since trading Smith away. They even beat the Spurs last night after being down 18 in the 2nd Q.

Thunder lost to the Kings today. Seemed to be having the same off game they had against the Warriors where the shots just weren't falling, and Waiters came in and fit right in going like 1 of 5 or so on jump shots. The way the Thunder was playing and screwing up I actually had to stop and wonder if this was some kind of hidden plan to get Brooks fired, because it would really help if he could call a play or two.
Maybe Brooks has been trying to get himself fired all these years and Presti just won't get the hint. ::
it would nice to get the two for 1 deal one these brothers. Anyone got back to back picks coming up?? <iframe src="http://www.worldstarhiphop.com/embed/76616" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" width="640"></iframe>
I don't know but I recently watched a Lebronless-Cleveland go blow for blow with Golden State and they were in that game until pretty much the 4th quarter. Meanwhile OKC was out of the GSW's game less than 2 minutes after tip off. I'm watching other teams play and it baffles me how OKC doesn't seem to have any kind of offensive system in place. We just went life and death with freaking Utah and I actually started rooting for Utah so we can suck enough to miss the playoffs and more people can start criticizing Brooks and the mediocre job he's doing.
KG is the fakest tough guy in NBA history. Dwight is a passive dude, and he didn't put much behind his "neck slap" but if he had closed that fist and put just a little bit more bad intentions behind it, I'm 100% sure KG would've been dropped. Dude weights 100 pounds soaking wet. In other news.... Looks like that Dragic trade is not going to happen, they believe they are contenders with the addition of Wright :giggle: Rockets starting to look elsewhere, the names I'm hearing are DWill who I don't want and Ty Lawson who I would love. Lawson would cost them quite a bit though. They want Bev off the bench, he's just not as effective defensively playing more than 25 mins a game and may not keep him after this year anyways. I think Smith will continue to come off the bench and he seems fine with it, I doubt he stays with the Rockets after this year. Terrence Jones should be back in a few weeks and he was tearing it up before his injury.
