For firing a gun off five times at an intersection.

Just my opinion, but Taylor's erratic behavior in recent years I believe is consistent with brain damage.

Its just too coincidental that Taylor was a quiet, soft spoken, law abiding citizen for most his life, and suddenly is going crazy.

I honestly believe the brutal KO's to Pav, Froch, and especially the last one where was badly concussed against AA have altered his mind.

Perhaps you should have bolded the next 3 words, as well. I was referring to Floyd's attorneys arguing that ridiculous point to keep him out of jail. Your supposition about Jermain's actions being caused by brain damage, without anything to back it up, are similarly ridiculous.
