But his drug test request made sense at the time (still does, always will) and Pacquiao's incredibly lame excuses make Pacquiao the only one to blame at that time. It seems possible, some might say likely, Floyd would have come up with a new excuse, but Pacquiao's guilt made that unnecessary and unprovable.
