For some reason I am not hyped about this very predictable film.

 

I'm not really that excited for it.....they should have not mention the hybrid dinosaur...and I bet only 4-5 people get eaten in the whole movie...when there is THOUSANDS of people running around the part...

 

The first one was a movie classic, and to this day is highly re-watchable.

Two was mediocre, and three was shit.

This one won't come close to the first, but hopefully it's at least better than two, and three.

from this trailer clips they are paying homage to the first one and it is nice that finally they showed an aquatic dinosaur, but the plot seems almost identical to the first one, except with crowds of people. That last scene with raptors running next to StarLord's bike looks dumb.

 

just one escaped dinosaur just doesn't sound that scary :scratcher: they couldn't shoot it or hide in the basement? it's not going to godzila sized afterall

the first is a great movie

also at the time I think the effects blew everyone away, animatronics and such


it's much harder to impress people today...we can turn on tv and watch documentaries about dinosaurs

 

The first Jurassic Park was such an influential movie that it was directly responsible for the name of an NBA franchise.

 

I'd normally be secretly excited about this but the trailer looks beyond terrible

 

I liked the 2nd and 3rd films too. not as good as the first but still fun.

 

the entire thing looks supremely dumb. The great white on a hook being fed to a 700 foot crocodile for a start

That's what it looks like. Apparently raptors will be good girls this time...but why they built those horse race-like starting gates for the raptors in the first place? :dunno:

I saw this it was pretty good but not great. I think movies that rely too much on visuals/CGI always feel like they missed something. Still it may be the best Jurassic film to date.
