At this point Murray is trying not to get stopped and I respect that. It would be an achievement also!

I think he should be trying to retain the ability to form coherent sentences. I wouldn't think less of him if he picked a comfy place to lie down now.....Maybe go for broke in this round then do the sensible thing

Murray is pretty tough, I thought he'd get stopped by now.

He will be coming on and on. GGG has no stamina problem and he is exhausting Murray by punching him like that...

GGG pressure is superb. Doesn't give Murray the chance to breathe

He is tough and seems to be very intelligent in the ring. The way he milked the knockdowns with a very clear head and right now you just think he knows what to do to have a chance to survive.

The nose is another thing that must bother him a lot.

I feel a bit sorry for Murray, he was doing his best and genuinely didn't want them to stop it.

I think murray could've beat cotto quillin and those guys prior to this fight but he took a terrible beatdown and may not be the same

I don't think Murray ever had a chance against Cotto.

Please. He got beaten pretty bad, but it wasn't that bad. People nowadays are such pansy, that everytime a fighter gets punched a few times, they think he is ruined.

Agreed. It was the sort of consistent, Duran style beating that permanently alters guys.

However, I think Cotto would always beat the likes of Murray. Too smooth and too skilled, and it's not like Murray has the power to KHTFO.

There's no middleweight who stands any kind of realistic chance against Gaybox, none of them are near his league.

It would be fun to watch him clean up 168 too :kidcool:

I,d like to see him against Cotto. He should win confortably , but he sure would be is better opponent, and I think Cotto would give him a few problems.

Gaybox is just a fighting machine. Such relaxed, consistent pressure.

His only real flaw is he is so focused on delivering this consistent beating, that he ships a lot of shots. He doesn't seem to care about taking a few if he can continue to smash away at his hapless foe.

Obviously, that mindset could come back to bite him against an elite fighter, one with more power etc. Should focus on defense a bit more, watch some Duran fights :kidcool:
