I wonder if that one piece of shit pub is still open. Not the North Star, not The Bell (which is some Aussie pub now, the walkabout or some shit) but that shithole down the way full of 15 year old kids. I thought of the name the other day but now it escapes me.

Yeah. My girlfriend and I actually went into that shithole back in 2004. Bunch of little kids drinking and some perverted old men in the corner.

 

It was a shit pub but was great for live music, had some good local bands in there

 

what is it called now...........I will shoot a video there next week.

 

Oh yeah, I know that shithole. It;s at Ealing Broadway station on the green near some bus stops, about 10 mins from North Ealing tube station {picadilly and district} I poked my head in there the time Liverpool drew 2-2 with Everton, October 2012 if I recall. I walked back to Greenford after meeting my sister down there. It was a bit grimey for sure.

 

It's called Crouching Dyker, Hidden Drag Queen.

There is a place not too far from it called Greyskull or Grayskull I think, up near North Ealing station. Looks a shithole and all, its just off Hanger Lane.

 

Sure I will have a look at it next time I am doon there.

The North Star is cool, or at least used to be cool. Last time it looked a little too posh for my taste. It's right out of the tube station.

 

Ealing Common??? Or Ealing Broadway??? I have been in the North Star I think, its opposite a Church right on the Broadway, got some nosh in there.

Here we put dollar bills inside the side of their G-strings or bikini bottoms. That's not going to work with a pound. And they for damn sure aren't worth a fiver.

 

Fucking Hanwell is a toilet, it just goes from nice Broadway into shitty Broadway into Hanwell, then up past the hospital, really ropey, and on to the Iron Bridge. From there you can turn right at the McDonalds for Greenford Broadway, or go straight-left for Osterley, Southall and all these other really nice places.

 

Broadway. I think you come right out and turn left and it's across the first street. There was a two story pub across from it but it was closed last time I was there.

 

Drop an auld quid coin down their wee panties, see how well she moves with that down there. And then, the next time somebody hands you a quid, think about where it was last.

 

It's called The Grove now I think. Irish, you're right it was full of chavs who ventured down from Hanwell and Acton, probably close enough to get back home from before their curfew ended and set off their tags ::

Best pub in Ealing is probably The Wheatsheaf. Nice place.

 

Yeah, thats the one, I have been there. Its quite alright, nice big wooden tables and trendy staff-clientele. Thats the good end of Ealing. Ealing is penned in by the shit end of Ealing and then Acton Town.

And you have no business in Acton Town.

 

Osterley isn't a bad area, it's just boring. Absolutely fuck all there.
