I didn't think he even followed football.

If that's the case he deserved the suspension. :l3:

Aye. A lack of goal-line technology and miracle wins on penalties are just the ticket.

Playing at home, the opposing team's best player is sent off early and you get a penalty in extra time.

    Chelski was still robbed! :l3:

Controversial moments happen for any cup winner. Did Barca not deserve to win in 2009 because Chelsea were robbed of three clear penalties in the semi final?

It doesn't matter that it was a "miracle" win, it matters that it was a win, period.

I can't stand Premier League fans that root for the other England clubs in the Champions League. I am overjoyed at chelsea getting dumped out.

The game was very disappointing however the result was beautiful, I was actually cheering David Luiz on.

Chelski spend all that money and play horrible, snide boring football. Costa's horrible face tells you everything you need to know about that club.

For those who like a flutter, Jose to be sacked within 2 years.

Exactly, Leverkusen, Juve, Chelski, Milan, feck all lucky about that run. We deserved to go through and win that year and in doing so participated in one of the best finals, ever.

 I was just gently trolling Slicey. LFC thoroughly deserved that 2005 win. The final was awesome.

Got to the final again in 2007, and he played in a semi-final vs Chelsea too in 2008.

Also, there were big wins over Juventus and Bayern Lkn in that 2005 Win.

Charity shops are a pure goldmine for DVDs, so they are. Just got Annie Hall, Collateral, Casino (double disc), Last Tango in Paris and Wall Street for a 5er.

I thought it was Arsenal players who got food poisoning from the hotel when they played away at West Ham.

It must have been a separate incident. Arsenal at one point had their players get food poisoning from a London hotel when they played West Ham. I remember the first thing I thought was "What the fuck were they doing in a hotel?" And there was a Spurs fan from London here in my town laughing his arse off when it happened.

No, I fucked that one up. It was Spurs.

What threw me was that little guy from London laughing about it and he was a Spurs fan. I think he was making jokes that it was Arsenal who did it.

Still, the players need to stay in a hotel to play a game in East London ten miles away?
