It's hardly that cut and dry, otherwise there wouldn't be any clamour for it. Brook is good but he has problems dealing with a high work rate. When you add Khan's accuracy into the equation it makes a big difference. Not saying Brook can't time him and take him out but it's hardly a foregone conclusion.
I could see Brook hurting Khan in exchanges. I figure Khan would start fast and build the early lead with his workrate but once Brook starts letting his hands go, I can see him catching Khan with a lot of counters and Khan will fight back, thus leaving himself more open to damaging power shots. My guess is this ends with Brook victorious in about 9 rounds.
Brook, if he's going to stop a guy, tends to stop them early. If they hang around for a while, it's generally going the distance. Khan, when he's been stopped, has always been in trouble early. My guess is if the fight goes beyond 4 rounds, it goes the distance. I think it'd be a good fight.
It was a shit fight, and neither guy looked impressive, but Brook won clear as day. Nothing close about the fight, Brook landed pretty much the only clean punches in the entire fight.
