Khan vs Algieri on May 30th??

This coming right off the heels of Khan saying Brook is a cherry picker.

There is a reason why Khan is taking this fight.

Algieri took a beating in both the Protestnikov and Pacquiao fights.

Khan smells leftovers, high profile, damaged, powderpuff leftovers.

 

But in all seriousness, this fight really makes no sense.

It doesn't do anything for Khan. It won't make anyone clamor anymore for a fight against either Mayweather or Pacquiao and it's only gonna fuel speculation that he is indeed ducking Brook.

This is really a step BACKWARDS.

 

With khan, any time he can appear on cable and not get knocked out, (i.e. still be in the big fight sweepstakes)...it's a step forward.
There's lots of guys at 147 who could ko him.algieri isn't one of them. That's a step forward.

Brook would stop Broner. Broner has NOTHING whatsoever for Brook. At least Khan has faster hands than Brook, and is slightly taller.

Broner is too small for Brook, he's stationary, he's easy to hit, and has no power to deter Kell. It'd be a one sided fight.

What's gonna happen to Broner eventually is that he's gonna EAT his way out of 140 (just take a look at his dad, he has fat in his genes), which is gonna suck for him since he's completely shit at 147.

 

Broner's FACE alone shows that fat in his genes.

I think Broner has some talent, but he clearly lacks dedication. It's the biggest reason he's fighting in a weight division he just doesn't belong in. He's not a welterweight. He's at best a 140 and besides his attitude, he has very little going for himself.

I'd love to see Kell Brook put a hurtin on him.

With regards to Broner and Khan, Khan is definitely the favorite. But due to the bad blood, hopefully a fight at least breaks out and maybe we could see somewhat of a brawl. Broner can't really hit that hard at the weight, so Amir should be confident in letting his hands go. I think Khan basically just outworks him.

When he eventually does eat his way out of 140, it's gonna be bad. I don't see a good ending for Broner in this boxing game.

 

Kahn should win and probably look good. That said how embarrassing would it be if Algeri whupped him ? Lol

 

Double-edged sword. On one hand, it's always a good day when Khan loses. On the other hand, I don't wanna see faggot ass Algeri beating any name fighter. That arrogant yuppie would brag endlessly if he beat Khan.

Though I see Khan winning, I'm not convinced you have to be a devastating puncher to hurt him, or even stop him.

I think his punch resistance is that bad.

 

Broner hits nowhere near as hard as Danny Garcia.

Brook would knock Khan out. Thurman would knock Khan out. Broner doesn't have near the power of those guys.
