The much-anticipated match, which had boxing fans rooting with excitement when Mayweather answered Pacquiao’s challenge earlier this year, has been nixed yet again. The Mayweather and Pacquiao camps have been belligerently negotiating on a date for the last five years, but one thing or another always prevented it from happening, from Pacquiao’s earlier refusal to do random drug and urine testing to Mayweather’s dithering about revenues.
