Star Wars:The Force Awakens

There is a currently speculation online that Darth Vader will be in this movie maybe as a clone. When the voiceover narrator (Mark Hamill/Luke) says about the power of the Force 'my father HAS it...', not 'my father HAD it' is clearly stating that Vader is ALIVE. Of course he died and was cremated by Luke at the end of RETURN OF THE JEDI, BUT we see in he trailer someone holding his charred, melted helmet & skull...maybe is own clone? Keep in mind that the plot od this new film happens 30 years after JEDI, enough time for a clone to be an adult. Could the new villain, who is clearly a Sith Lord, be Vader's clone?

it was just okay, but very disappointing in comparison with the first one. Abrams should had left 'Khan' out of that plot, even though Cumberbatch delivered a powerful performance.

 

He will serve as producer for the next one. The director will be that asian guy from fast & furious.

I know Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) is in this film, but honestly due to his health condition (he can barely walk nor stay standing more than a minute) I guess it will be an anonymous dude doubling for Chewbacca while Mayhew will only be Chewie during close-ups or when sitting at the co-pilot seat of the Millennium Falcon. Does anyone knows if 80 year Kenny Baker will be in this one too? I know he is also given credit in this film, but come on, lets be realistic, no 80 year old should put himself inside that oven suit without passing out, much less maneuver it. Besides today's technology allows R2D2 to be fully remote control.

I thought it was average. A lot of the comedy in it was ridiculous and detracted from the story and it didn't flow as well as it should have. The sequel was worse though.

Why is a dumb theory? because he doesn't look like Hayden Christensen? :eye: Wait! He can a be a clone of Emperor Palpatine just like in the Dark Horse Comics 'Dark Empire'!! :nana:

 

All that I hope is that story itself is not a blueprint of the old ones with the three new characters having a 'love triangle' like in Episode IV Han-Leia-Luke. I hope Abrams tosses away the love aspect that so damaged the prequels and no surprise revelation of 'I am your father' bullshit for one of the new characters and one of the old cast members. ray:

 

No one in his right mind would have brought that guy back to SW. They can say changed his face and that's it.


There is a current rumor/speculation that Luke Skywalker dies in this movie and that the scene you see in the trailer of someone handing a lightsaber to a female hand is that after Luke dies, one of the characters gives his lightsaber to his sister, Leia.
