    Thanks mate. I was an archive researcher, now I have a role which still involves research, but also encompasses editing, colour grading, compiling showreels etc. basically the geeky stuff I enjoy. Same department just a different team.

    Well, I've been here for five years now and this new role was an internal appointment so I can't be sure. You network a lot and make many contacts, it's quite a niche corner of television production I work in also and a bit of a specialist role so if I wanted to go to a different company in the same field or one which uses some of the skills I've picked up then (hopefully) it wouldn't be too difficult.
