I know people bitch about it....but HBO production value on these 24/7 or whatever they call "AT LAST" i think.....is INCREDIBLE....

And this fight is 4 years too late to be even considered "biggest fight of our lifetime".

 

Vitali / Lennox was a bigger fight than this. This would have been one of the greatest fights of all time, except it happened a few years too late.

Not really. I was around for Tyson-Lewis, i'm not sure which was bigger, tbh. This is more important historically tho

5 years in the making.....:bears:....after this fight boxing fight will feel a bit WEIRD to me...I know it was like that for Tyson vs. Holyfield, De La Hoya vs. Trinidad, Trinidad vs. Hopkins(personal)....it will get back to normal...but it will take a few weeks/months....just a feeling that falls over me...

 

...I read that as Tyson vs. Lewis...which could be debated but it's NOWHERE near as compelling, awaited, thirst for than Pac vs. May....Tyson was waaayyy over the hill n only chance was to catch Lewis slipping n Lewis wasn't going to fuck up...


anyway Lewis vs. Vitaly?? ........come on fucking thing wasn't even on PPV...

I lived thru....Chavez vs. Whitaker, Chavez vs. Camacho(for hispanics), Tyson vs. Holy/Lewis, Trinidad vs. De La Hoya......and this fight is the biggest of those....biggest fight in my lifetime.

 

Im pretty sure i sustained more neurological damage in the last 3 minutes than either of those two guys

Yeah it seems most people weren't prepared to pay the absurd prices they were going for, I read the ticket prices were dropping because they simply weren't selling at those silly prices.
