I love that. I love to think I could go to a boxing gym in NYC and train the balls off myself, then go to sleep in a wee toon-house, and wake up and sit down and have one of those post-great-sleep coffees, on a mild morning, in full view of that bridge
    Daft shite I know.

    :pathetic:

From typists tae cyclists, Fighbeat is a hive o' scum and villainy...

THIS is the shocking moment a toddler was knocked over by a 'hit-and-run' cyclist and dragged 12FT along the pavement outside her home.

The staggering CCTV footage shows Lucie Wilding, 3, stepping out of her front gate before being knocked over and dragged face-down along the street.

Her tiny body got caught in the pedals of the bike forcing the cyclist to fall off.

Mum Lauren Howarth, 26, who witnessed the horror, said: "One minute she was behind me and the next she was further along the street, sprawled across the pavement.

"I thought she was dead. There was blood coming from everywhere.

Ms Howarth added: "She was hysterical, screaming at the top of her lungs.

"I had to check she still had arms and legs because the speed she was taken was so quick and she'd just been flattened by this bike."

"The cyclist shouted; 'OOT THE FUCKING WAY. The fuck is wrong with people, like? Urgh' before pedalling off in the directon of Parkhead."

I just walked from queen margaret drive to queen street and back and i guarantee there are people who still havent made it to the top of buchanan street in that time. Bunch of goddamn invalids on their day out on a saturday. The council seem to have granted every bar and restaurant the right to take up half the street with tables and chairs too so you get stuck in choke points behind folk intent on moving slower than shadows cast by the sun. Anyway, home again.

It depends on who, and where, it is re: cycling on pavements. Ah think kids should be alloowed tae cycle on the pavement as long as they ken tae gie way tae pedestrians. Alsae, if it's a steep hill wi' lotsae auto traffic - and the pavements clear - Ah think it's a fair cop Fer all cyclists tae make use o' the safer route.

Ah am biased and spoilt though as Ah lived in Munich fer four years and enjoyed the luxury o' beautiful, dedicated cycle paths and a relatively flat terrain... Boggin' boring fer real cyclists Ah suspect.

Ah think opening up some o' those auld, abandoned railway routes and modifying them fer cycling is a bonny idea. Wid be grand if there wiz more infrastructure in place which catered fer safer cycling.

Shellik games- the fitbaw might be pish now but they still make it socially acceptable to hit the pub at 10am and that's the main thing. Bank holiday Monday too, we're on our way to paradise :hut:

    :atu: Liverpool.

Like I said, Gerrard has his bags packed, Sterling has his bags packed, no guts, no fight, no fucking desire.....let's just coast out the season, go on our Summer holidays.

Delighted to see the back of Gerrard. Delighted. The man has become such a gargantuan fucking distraction.

Gerrard out. Sterling sold, rebuild the team with people who WANT to be there, not this lot.

This could actually be the end of Rodgers too.

5-0. That's the heaviest thumping Liverpool have ever taken in a half of football, never mind a full game.

Players don't give a fuck, its that simple.

Teams like Stoke and Crystal Palace taking the mick. No fear factor, no ethic, a joke.

All this bullshit on the BBC about how this is "terrible for Gerrard"....what....:dunno:

Fuck Gerrard. He is the cause of this shit. When you hang around with "Messiahs" and "Saviours" you can expect Crucifixions.

I could feel all of this shit coming after they lost at home to United. It was still there to be won. They could have still caught United. They never threw a leg.

Think about it....all this bullshit about "poor gerrard".....he got SENT OFF in the United game 45 seconds after coming on. He missed the penalty vs QPR and got lucky when they had a man sent off and he got the free header.

Gerrard has been a passenger all season.

Then you have this Sterling shit on top of it.

Guys not interested in playing ball, not interested.
