Not sure tbh, he does look way more solid now. Some people simply don't look juiced (Vargas) and some people are naturally more toned etc.
Incidentally, that's probably Oscar's most exciting fight, he tended to be in pretty boring fights generally. "Ferocious" Fernando brought out the best in him.

Actually in that weigh in shot, he does look way more toned than usual I agree. But my recollection of the actual fight is like the pic I posted, looked more or less the same to me.

The juiced Vargas, pre-Oscar fight, was often showing off his abs because he looked different than he used to. PEDs work wonders and are banned for good reasons.
