Welp, it's Official... Steph Curry's Having a SUB-PAR Series...Dude FINALLY Seemed to Get it Together in the 4th, but the Game was Already All But Over by Then....Blame the Moment, the Pressure, Dellavedova, or Whomever, Steph Simply HASN'T Risen to the Occasion, as of Yet...Not for the ENTIRETY of a Game... Thursday's a Certified GUT CHECK, Not Only for the Golden State Warriors, but Steph Curry, PRIMARILY...His Team NEEDS Him...2-18 Combined from Green and Barnes???... What Hurts Curry the Most is the Unavoidable, DIRECT Comparison to Bron...In a MEH Performance by his Standards, in Terms of Efficiency, Bron Had 40pts, 12boards, 8assists, 4stls and 2blocks... REED:hammert:
After Curry's foul on him. Seems like he was pissed off because Lebron tackled him before. Bron has an extra motivation to beat the Warriors because Curry was talking smack about him being the first to bring a title to Akron, both of them were born in the same hospital.
Despite losing, warriors might have some momentum going into game 4. Still, this series has been played at cleveland's pace. i hope lebron can close this out in five
i am surprised but i still expect golden state to win. i also expect joey crawford to be reffing game 4 and it will be a ticky tack called game. golden state scores over 100 and wins. if they let it remain a physical series then cleveland can win. both teams are garbage and will be the weakest champ in 15 years, if not ever
Starting to think they need to play David Lee more. He seems to present some offensive match-up problems for Cleveland. Gives them a quicker passer from the post to the corners, along with somebody who can actually put the ball in the basket on occasion. Refs starting to take Draymond out of his game, giving Lebron lots of leeway with that elbow.
Delly is one of those players you'd love to have in your team. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to hate him. ::
well he has missed 64 shots so far. jordan shot over 50%. and look at those FT attempts for james!! shameful shit, where is reed to cry about his harden-esque amount of fTs!!
Fuck FG% Bron never had and will never have MJ's offensive skills anyway, but his impact is seen in other areas as well. I'm not his No. 1 fan, but to come in and take one of the worst teams in the past season all the way to the finals and leading 2-1 is a superhuman achievement in itself. Plus he's playing with 100% role/bench players.
REED Wondered Why Lee HADN'T Been Playing More Throughout this Season... Dude's Nonexistent on Defense, but AUTOMATIC for 20 & 10, w/Starter Minutes...Ezeli's Made Quite an Impact Too, when Given the Opportunity to Play...The Combination of Bogut, Barnes and Green AIN'T Working in the Finals...Definitely Time to SHAKE Some Shit Up, if You're Steve Kerr... REED:hammert:
"Garbage" Teams DON'T Make it to the NBA Finals, Dog... If Cleveland Wins, there's a GOOD Chance this Could Be the START of a Championship Run for the Next 2-3 Years...If Love Stays, Cool, if he DOESN'T, that Frees Up Cap Space for Cleveland to Land Another Piece...Kyrie's Locked In for @ Least ANOTHER 4 Years, if REED's Not Mistaken... REED:hammert:
cleveland wont be able to add anyone to the mix, even if love leaves. they will have to pay thompson and mozgov big money (10 + mill each) and perhaps dellevedova if they choose to keep him (5+ mill). with irving healthy i consider cleveland a good team. without him, naw. and the fact that golden state is unable to expose them shows they too aint elite. what champion of the last 15 years would this beat up cavs team be able to defeat? they wouldve certainly got swept by last years spurs
Plus, when MJ left the bulls, Bulls still won like 55 games the next season. When bron left Cleveland the first time, they were like in last place and Miami didnt even make the playoffs.
Well this series definately proves that Bron makes people better. I dont know who can make this group raise their game and play like this the way bron has. If this was kobe, he would be averaging 90 points a game, 1 assist and 2 rebounds
In and Of HIMSELF, Dellavedova's a VERY Likable Dude... But Being the "Scrappy White Guy" & the Media's INFATUATION w/Athlete's in that Regard, it Becomes Easier to "Hate" Him...Already, we're Hearing how he's "Shut Down Steph Curry"...REED's Also Heard How he's Cleveland's "2nd Best Player"...Before Loooooooooong, We'll Hear How "Kyrie Irving Should Come Off the Bench" to Allow for Dellavedova to Blossom... Watch and See... REED::
The Difference btwn Bron and Your Bearded Significant Other is, Harden does his Flopping, Bait & Switch Bullshit, HOPING to Get to the Line...Whereas Bron Attacks the Rack EXTREMELY Hard, Trying to SCORE, and Gets Fouled in the Process...Up to and Including Getting WACKED in the Face, HACKED by 2 Guys @ 1nce & Yes, More than a Few NO Calls... Moreso, REED's (Free Throw) Line of Demarcation has Consistently Been Set @ 15, Something Bron has Surpasssed 1nce in the 1st 3 Games, Scrub... Nice TRY Though... REED::
I hate that Lebron basically gets away with an offensive foul nearly every time he drives to the basket......a la, "The Mailman", but at least he's trying to put the ball in the hole for the possible "and 1". He takes damage in the process and still tries to finish the play. Harden is usually already flailing around 15 feet before he even gets to the basket, even if the lane opens wide for him because his defenders are afraid of getting in inevitable foul call. Then when he's not getting the calls, he's turning the ball over, almost on purpose, begging to get the call. I even saw him beg the refs in the last series to take one of his own team-mates baskets off the books and send HIM to the free throw line instead.
I don't think it will go that far. :: He'll have to improve his shooting A LOT, before anybody recognizes him as more then a thorn in the side of opponents. He seems like the type he'll always be better off the bench and in spot starts here and there. He has good games, but then he has other games when he just looks silly out there, compared to everybody else on the floor.
Like Game 1 of the Finals, when he Looked like he was Playing Defense in QUICKSAND, Trying to Keep up w/Barbosa... REED:hammert:
