All has gone quiet, I haven't heard anything substantial that is new. Just LA thinks they have a chance at Aldridge, they do not from what I heard last night. Houston wants to move up for Turner and they are really high on Dekkar. A lot of moves are supposed to happen tonight, more than usual, but nothing is going to be revealed until after the draft, could be later tonight. And there goes Turner to Indiana.
First trade of the night, Vazquez to the Bucks for a 2017 first round pick via Clippers and their own 46th pick.
And Dekker it is, Adrian Wojnarowski first reported we had selected Tyus Jones, he later corrected, Woj, you aint got nothing on me fool. :mj:
Yep, then they shipped him off to San Antonio for a 3rd round pick while picking up 99% of his salary.
its cuz Kaminsky is a gringo?? the guy has an nba skill set. i dont think they need winslow that much after they acquired batum
depends on what they do from here. they can win a title next season. if they sign james and marc gasol
The latest I've heard... Somehow, someway, within the last 24hrs, the Lakers have got themselves in the mix for Aldridge. They are selling him on teaming him up with Durant next summer. Now a 3 team race again, no Portland this time, L.A. S.A. HOU. K. Love is 100% going to the Lakers, IF, they want him. Lakers are well aware of this. Lakers are more focused on Aldridge, Love is fallback. Houston will be meeting with Aldrige July 1st, most likely 1st. The Lakers could have had Cousins, they said no to the King's demand for Russell, Randle, Clarkson, Black, and some draft picks. Two dumb situations IMO. Aldridge for believing that mess and wasting another year on the rebuilding Lakers, he's 30. And the Lakers, take the sure thing in K.Love! Stupids.
Knicks should not focus on contending, but their desperate owner won't hear anything else. They should focus on building up a solid roster with flexible contracts, develop their young players and play the FA game wisely. Otherwise, they'll end up quickly with bad contracts and unhappy/untradeable players, no flexibility and unable to compete in the playoffs.
You're two days late ESPN. http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/1...ree-agency-los-angeles-lakers-houston-rockets Ok, to clear up the Aldridge to Lakers situation, it seems Aldridge will tell the Lakers he will sign with them with one contingency, Cousins has to be there next to him. Still only the same 3 teams he's considering. S.A. L.A. HOU.
Ditto... w/a Healthy Julius Randle, You're Looking @ Quite Possibly THE Best Frontline in the NBA, in 2-3 Years... REED:hammert:
