Slice, is it true that you and Jimmy are forming a cover band called Crüe Alexandra?

I'd liken it to the best boys high school basketball team in the US playing the UCONN Women's team

REED Would Compare it to the Top Boys HS Hoop Squad to the Top WNBA Squad...

The High Schoolers WOULD Win (Eventually), but the 1st Half or So Would Be INTERESTING...Wouldn't Surprise REED @ All if the WNBA Squad Kept the Margin within 10-15 Points, When it's All Said and Done...Of Course, that Margin Only INCREASES vs. Top COLLEGE Mens's Team & Becomes COMICAL vs. NBA Teams...

Not Sure What Type of Soccer SCORE that Translates Too....

From what i can gather the boys teams totally thrashed them, but the stories are kinda hearsay.

Imagine playing football against grown women when you're 15, man marking, jostling at set pieces....if you tripped you'd break your knob

I think it would be competitive for a while until the boys team took over.

If Womens football has done anything positive, it is to encourage cross-thread pollination at fightbeat.

Welcome aboard {or should that read "a bored"} Reed.

The '99 Women's World Cup Team Did That...

Particularly in Dallas, those Ladies Kick Started a Soccer REVOLUTION in a City that Wouldn't have Given a Pint of Piss for the Sport, Previously...Girls Soccer is HUGE in Dallas & is Responsible for THE Highest Amount of Female Scholarships, if REED's Not Mistaken...

I regularly played football at 15 against a woman of 17/18 , she was as good as the boys and better than some.

The whole of Shepherds Bush is cordoned off at the moment because of an unexploded bomb. Am assuming it's WWII

John Reid, Leith , was singing the praises of the Women’s World Cup as the USA lifted the title.

He said: “The final the other night was fantastic. It had everything you’d want and the technique, intelligence and passion on show should be enough to shut up all the naysayers. The football was far better than the misery I’ve endured over the years in watching our top-flight sides.”

    From the Daily Record:

'Is this the dirtiest game of football ever? Watch brutal highlights of Boca Juniors v River Plate WOMEN

IF you think Scottish football can be rough at times then take a look at it's Argentinian equivalent - and this is just the women!

These highlights of Boca Juniors v River Plate women's teams are not for the faint-hearted.

For those who don't know, the Boca-River Plate rivalry is one of the most ferocious in football. But even so, the level of savagery on show in this game - which was played back in May - is mind-blowing. Some of the fouls are BRUTAL.

Meh. Got just to the cordon and then was told it was all-clear. Back to work it is. God damn the fucking efficiency of the bomb squad.

In all seriousness though, I find that stuff fascinating. The Luftwaffe pilot who dropped that is probably long dead, so much has changed in London since that bomb landed.
