i used to run a fantasy fitbaw league off sensible soccer for the megadrive back in p7 - high tech. It actually worked outlandishly well because you could edit the teams to make them better or worse (when kids bought or sold players) then run simulation games which tended to give you really realistic scores. It was a big hit! Used to charge the kids a quid a week to play then write out the results and scorers etc & photocopy them.... i was minted. i had way more get-up-and-go when i was 9.

I doubt any cares much but Van Persie signed with Fenerbahce. Pretty low transfer fee as well as he only had a year remaining on his contract. I assume very few other clubs wanted to take on his salary for a 30+ year old player.

Would you say he's similar to Hazard in ways? I think Hazard is more of the show off and Pedro is that bit more direct in his approach. Both can play up top, left or right. I can imagine Hazard, Costa and Pedro being a frightening attack. Hazard does annoy me as he goes to ground way too much, but he is a very good footballer.

Put a stop to it. If you won't burn down Stamford Bridge there is probably something you else you can try. Presumably anybody that is even thinking of signing with them has to come to London for the medical, do paper work etc.

    I'm not suggesting anything. :nono:

I merely recognized your proximity to certain clubs and players who might consider signing to play there within.

Kinda sick of the Premier League now. I would love it though if Liverpool somehow won the league just to rub it in the face of that little dicksplat Sterling.

Sterling doesn't care about the league. Him and his agent are money grubbing cunts.

I think that FIFA should take the 2022 World Cup from Qatar and award it to Liechtenstein.

I would never have believed how little interest I have in the domestic money league I now have, even as recently as five years ago. I used to absolutely love fitbaw, watched every possible match I could, got involved in fanatsy leagues and prediction comps, went to loads of live matches, watched Soccer Saturday etc.

Now, I couldn't give a fuck about it. Think I'm getting old.

You are wising up same as the rest of us.

    Football is a ponzi scheme.

It needs fresh billionaires, more teeming masses from Asia, and now these fucking girls, to prop itself up.

Is it mainly down to the state of the premier league and the spending power of the likes of Man Citeh that turn you off? The Championship is still a very competitive, watchable league in comparison.

The club I support still fields a team of Englishmen. (With a couple of Belgians, Scots, Irishmen, and a Yank thrown in.)
