Norris was the KING of beating up great smaller and/or washed up fighters. He made a career out of it. Ray Leonard, Don Curry, Meldrick Taylor were but a few of such victims.

Would The Duran be another one? The Duran was a former lightweight and years removed from his prime by the time he fought at 154lbs.

Would Duran be a typical Norris victim?

You damned right he would!! Norris beats Duran from Pillar to post and Roberto barely survives the distance.

    Norris W12

Duran at his 154 best...would bleach the floor with Norris blood...and sponge clean it with what remains of Norris face.

Duran at his best like against Moore?

Tough to call. But my gut tells me that he would catch Norris with that right hand big at some point in the mid rounds, and turn the momentum in his favor.

This would depend on Norris' discipline. If he stays within himself like he did against Brown in the rematch, he can pull this off. If he fights stupid, he will get stopped, no doubt.

Norris had a shaky chin, but man...he was a good fighter. Speed, power, balance...dude had everything. Too big and fast for Duran.

Duran fought Hagler, Hearns, Barkley....Norris is not TOO big....Duran fought Leonard, Benitez so Norris is too Fast either....Will Duran come in to fuck him up......will Norris stay smart for 12-15 rounds....I say Norris get's retarded somewhere along the way....and PAYS

Yeah and he lost to Hagler and got fucked by Hearns. Barkley was stopped in one round by Benn and totally eviscerated by Toney....and it looked like Barkley won that fight anyway. Benitez dominated Duran. You're not making the best case.

Would Norris go 15 with Hagler?....would the outcome of Hearns vs. Norris be any different? Hearns Ko 1...Benn/Toney naturally bigger guys than Duran...and they did it after Duran...Barkley didn't win that fight...anyway.

As a big Duran fan I hate to admit this but I think Norris would beat him quite easily

He's not fighting Hagler though, he's fighting Duran. Whether he goes 15 with Marvin is irrelevant.
