    Did you watched it Anthony? I have it available for stream and want to know if I should bother as this head scratcher trailer didn't do anything to motivate me to take a leap of faith.

    Reviews were great for Lost In Translation & American Beauty two of the most overrated boring pieces of shit ever filmed. Like you have said in the past, I don't trust critics.

    I have some critics i trust. And i actually liked American Beauty. I think it gets shit on for winning the Oscar, but i thought it was still very good regardless. I will watch it today.

    Lost in Translation was TERRIBLE. Awful film. I never understood why that got good reviews. American Beauty, however, was a good film.

    Just finished it. INSANE movie. Starts off really slow. But the actions scenes are fast and unexpected. And when they hit, it leaves you wondering what the fuck just happened. It was truly gruesome too. Some of the most gruesome visuals i have seen in a while.

    It's definitely worth the watch if you can accept the fact that the the first 3 quarters of the movie are slow.

    8/10.

    This one is a western. Has a slow pace, but when it picks up and action happens, you are kind of caught of guard and not expecting it.

    By slow do you mean the dialogue and story aren't good through the first three quarters or do you mean that for the "Transformers" generation and people who think American Beauty sucks it's slow?

    Watched this last night.

    Well, watched the first hour and then skipped through the last hour. A real struggle.
    Wanted to like it as read tons of good reviews but just couldnt get into it on any level: Western, Horror (which it wasn´t really).

    I dont mind ´slow-burners´ but maybe I just wasnt in the mood for this last night...

    Yeah the first 3 quarters of this movie are very slow, but that last 40 minutes is fucking insane. But you have to be in the mood, no doubt.
