Anybody else watch these? This guy is DAMN GOOD and knows his shit. Wish he posted here, it'd be fun to have him analyze fights with us. Here's some of his film study videos on Duran, Tyson, Toney, and Floyd. Duran: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFl0nh6FNXA Tyson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hMsDu9E6QA Toney: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A22RT6lfC1E Floyd: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTSJqpOkgRo Sly, you should really watch the Floyd one. It's an hour, but worth watching. The Tyson and Duran ones are my favorite. They really outline some of the subtle things Duran and Tyson did in there that made them so awesome.
I just watched the one where he outlines how to control a pressure fighter using Amir Imam vs Walter Castillo as an example.

Duran was only 33 at the time. Any guy that gets bombed out in just two rounds in completely one-sided mismatch fashion at age 33 when he was far from finished or washed up evidenced by the fact he fought on for over a decade after that including winning a Middleweight belt 5 years or so after that.......HAS NO CLAIM to ever being called the GOAT. The GOAT doesn't get bombed out like that in two one sided rounds at age 33.

How so? It's not like these are 2-hr clips. The longest one is Floyd's. The Duran and Tyson ones are especially insightful for the layman because to casual fans Duran and Tyson might just seem like brawlers with no method to their madness.
Ahhh Sly, I won't let you turn this into a Duran hate/Floyd cock sucking thread. We know you feel threatened by Duran, the reason being is because he's rated higher historically than Floyd.
BACK on topic. Five fighters I'd like to see him do a film study on... Benitez, Whitaker, Chavez, Arguello, and Qawi. Because to the layman Chavez and Qawi also prob look like crude brawlers, and they werent.

Dude, there is no method. Guys go into a boxing match with some 'sweet-scientific blueprint. "Everyone has a plan 'till they get punched in the mouth." That's all boxing is. Period.
Cheers mate, I'm a subscriber too, he has some great videos. My favourites are this one, the Lomachenko-Rigondeaux one, the Duran video and the Golovkin one. The Andre Ward-Carl Froch video is great too but you can tell it's one of his earliest videos as the production values aren't very high. He should update it as it's a really good breakdown of skills and tactics.
I wanna know what kind of so called hardcore fan says there's no method in boxing. That's a casual fan statement. Bottom line is, fighters who go in that ring with no thought or method in what they're doing are NOT top fighters. "Everyone has a plan til they get hit"... a statement made by Tyson. But Tyson himself had a method in the ring.
