Just one final thing..........what Fury has managed is as good a story boxing has seen for some time. He's not had it easy and has had his own fair share of crap thrown at him. He is as God -fearing as they come, and good luck to him and his. He comes across as a belligerent oaf and the apple never falls far from the tree but he's not the worst of them by any long chalk. People on here couldn't get over the fact that he was KD by Cunningham with a perfect shot (something Wlad didn't came within a lightyear today) and hit himself with an uppercut in his 5th fight or something. He is far improved and also is very inconsistent and only boxing good when he's up for it. Klit has been declining for a while. He couldn't KO Jennings, so of course he will blow out Fury inside a few rounds. Great logic.
Mate, you are wrong on this. Fury won the fight. I expected, and wanted, to see him laid out in the middle of the ring. But Wlad did nothing. He didn't throw a right hand in the first four rounds. He couldn't pull the trigger. He aged overnight against the first fighter he couldn't dominate with a jab. He looked completely disorganised late on. Yes he won the 12th round but it was way too little, too late. Wlad was terrible. MTF
I can agree with the general sentiment but "Outjabbed" is just a fiction. Fury was throwing out a slapping hand, changing stance and then running off again. Klitschko was never even remotely close to being stopped but we all know he can make himself look in more trouble than he is. Agreed that he cannot pull the trigger, agreed that he needs to go away and courteously consider his options and I sincerely hope that he lets the younger men get on with things and fuck it up in their own unimicable fashion as young men will. If he starts interfering and relying on contracts and crap then I won't have much time for him. He's not the athlete he was, nobody ever is. Agreed 100%.............albeit he closed the show v strong vs Jennings too, as he did tonight. Looking disorganized is one thing. I've seen very few guys look disorganized and be up on their toes and chasing people. Anyways, time to let it slide. Time for bed.
Didn't see the fight but am I right in saying that Fury still sucks, but wald sucks even more? I'm just pissed I didn't put some money on Fury, but I just couldn't because he's so terrible.
I scored it exactly as the judges did. Wlad did nothing. Absolutely fuck all. He couldn't pull the trigger. I was waiting and waiting and waiting to see him throw the right and he just didn't. He was turning away from clinches. He got hit. He looked worried about Fury's shots in a way he hasn't done for years and years. Wlad came forward but threw nothing - he couldn't get into range and when he did he didn't throw anything of note. Yes Fury was rubbish, and I said to the lads I watched the fight with that if Fury had anything about him, some basic boxing skills, he could have dominated the fight with his reach and a good double jab. But he did enough because Wlad did absolutely nothing as opposed to Fury who did little but more. MTF

Punchstats usually tell us fuck all but Wlad didn't throw anything until the last round when it was far too late. He looked 39 years old. You could tell at the end he knew he had lost. Everyone in his corner knew he had lost. MTF
Like I said in another thread (or in this one-can't remember), Wlad is very close to being a shot fighter. He cannot pull the trigger. His reflexes are gone. I don't think he trew more than 5 RH's, & not a single meaningful hook. His "jab" was just pawing. Add that to the fact he was disadvantaged where he usually held advantages (particularly reach). Can't him doing better in a re. Fury didn't have to do much & he didn't. 5 yrs ago Wlad would have stopped Fury. Hard to remember a worse HW title fight.

I just saw the fights on Youtube...I didn't see the rounds in order I jumped around...first round I saw was 7...then 11...12...5..etc....anyway my observations.... -wald pussy didn't look OLD....If anything his legs look fresher than EVER before...for 12 rounds he bounced on his toes..he look like a young Evander Holyfield slight movement but always bouncing around. -wald pussy isn't SHOT...he just didn't want to risk it. For years he has been fighting guys smaller than him...so the Jab, Jab, right hand, CLINCH(lunging headlock) worked...against Fury, wald pussy was afraid of lettin that JAB go...he didn't want to be counter by FURY fluffy sloppy punches. -Fury is WHITE LANCE "GOOFI" WHITAKER...bottom line! -wald pussy has lived up to his name...WALD PUSSY!!
