    I'm pretty willing to suspend disbelief in silly superhero films but thats super, super silly. This, the new Jurassic Park & new Terminator are clearly being marketed at bonafide subnormals.

    I love doing that, just dont hit me over the head with the stupid! I can buy that a man can fly at supersonic speeds and push the earth together during earth quakes and shit - just dont then have him getting beat up by a guy in a fancy suit of armour

    People say Zack Snyder doesn't have a sense of humor, but I don't mind the occasional superhero movie when the characters aren't constantly winking at the audience and cracking wise.

    What I liked about "Watchmen" is the idea that superheroes are essentially sociopaths, psychopaths and narcissists.

    Film looks great.

    It's true how a person can be treated like a God one minute and the next people turn their backs on them. Happens in every day life. I like the concept of this film, the meaning behind it.

    A baby with kryptonite can subdue superman. Batman with a suit that has kryptonite in it is perfectly plausible. Plus the fighting between the two is temporary, as they eventually team up

    Who knows, that is just something I'm saying. It could be anything. We don't know what route they are going. I know they want to do a justice league movie so maybe the will go the dark knight returns 2 angle with someone infecting superman with a dose of kryptonite during the fight. Maybe they will go the public enemies route where there is a kryptonian meteor heading to earth, slowing weakening superman.

    All i I know is that lex Luthor had kryptonite in his hands and superman couldn't do shit. If batman just had a tiny amount on him, he could give supes a proper beating

    Imo it's a dream sequence. But I did enjoy seeing fear in the batman's eyes. The costume looks fine. He is wearing a coat so not much can be seen, but in the extended trailer, it looks great.

    I bet the fight scenes will make up for whatever shortcomings this film will have. But for the love of god I hope they keep the shortcomings to a minimum.
