Agreed with Hut. Whyte is a good fighter, if this knockout hasn't ruined him he'll be a contender. I think Joshua is the real deal.

Where to even begin with Joshua...........here is the rapsheet.........

    1. Too muscled.

    2. Too slow.

    3. Over-extends his foundation, upperbody comes WAY out over his knees.

    4. Cannot take it to the body.

    5. Has a suspect chin, now more than ever.

    6. Has tiny calves and legs. No gas tanks down there.

    7. Is sloppy. Is so very very sloppy.

    8. Not hard to hit, can be backed up and offers very little when being backed up.

The pros are impressive....big heavy arms and hands, some self-belief, size and strength is obvious.

    Same here.

I think Joshua will get better and better. He's continued to improve and tonight he passed the gut check.

He's not yet the finished product but he's close. Few more things to tighten up and by 2017 he'll be ready to take over the division.

Fury got beat by McDermott and knocked down a couple of times. It's no big deal to get caught and hurt. It's how you come back.

He did. When he was the same age Joshua is now. And he has reformed his ways and can fight different styles. Joshua was falling short tonight, was blowing out his arse by the 2nd round and was out of it if the guy knew how to finish.

There are obviously things he needs to improve but he was shaken more than seriously hurt. He had his wits about him, covered up and rolled the shots. By round 5 he looked good.

Did you see the last Chisora-Fury fight :dunno:

Chisora was pulled out after 11 rounds with his eyes busted shut and his mouth full of blood, he had won precisely no minute of any round.

pretty funny at school when i'd (rarely) show up for morning registration hear them still reading out the names of the traveller kids who hadn't been at school for 3 years. Presumably they'd never even been told they'd moved on

Good fighters don't give you 3 rounds to recover

I am pretty sure Klitschko would have blown AJ out tonight.

I haven't watched the fight but this is typical fightbeat reactionary nonsense. I doubt Klitschko could have taken Joshua's punches to begin with.

The "Reactionary" nonsense is "Oh look, his legs wobbled, but he won, he is bigtime".

The truth is that in his first major "test"..........he was hurt badly and had to rely on the flaky nature of his opponent to get through.

I promise you, Dillian White does not lay a fucking glove on Tyson Fury if Fury elects not to let him.
