    Well Dana is happy.

Frankie will probably beat Connor really easily funnily enough.

For what it's worth, Aldo opened a small cut on Mcgregor when he connected while unconcious.

This is worse than the 18 second brogue kick

Beautiful shot by Conor no doubt.

    World class.

But unfortunately for him Frankie will beat him where he is weakest.

Aldo barely moved once he got in the cage. Stupid to be that cold.

Aldo is an idiot. Rushing in throwing wild punches against a hard accurate puncher like McGregor is suicidal.

What a ridiculous year in MMA...

All of the old kings fell.

Cain, Ronda, now Jose all got crushed. Not just beaten but stopped decisively.

Only Jones remains when his crackhead ass gets off the stuff.

I predicted McGregor to win but fluky one punch ko like this doesn't prove much usually. Still, Aldo haymaker was really amateurish (he had his eyes closed when he was tagged) and McGregor capitalized. He also looked huge compared to Aldo. Would like to see a rematch, and even if the fight was underwhelming, Aldo probably deserves one due to his long reing (though it's hard to deny Edgar and McGregor has talked about moving up).

I don't like to judge a fighter mindset on how he acts but Aldo looked scared and overwhelmed by the moment. Which is weird considering he was the long time reigning champ.

As soon as the fight started Aldo looked nuts, bouncing around like a loon throwing wild punches. I actually yelled "slow down" at the TV right as he got KTFO.

I was leaning towards connor but had a feeling aldo was going to bring it. Definitely not what i and many had envisioned. Aldo probably wont get a rematch.

Edgar has a great shot at winning because unlike mendes he knows how to keep top position once he secures a takedown. If he could hold bj penn down at lightweight for 5 rounds, it would be very hard for connor who seems to lack defense off his back

I predicted Conor would win by knockout. I thought it would take longer than 13 seconds.

The problem with a rematch is, how do you sell it. Is the paying public willing to shell out for what could easily be a very short fight again ? If they do RE, what if we see another KO inside of a minute ?? It is RISKY from a business perspective. It's not like it was a shoot-out with an early KO winner, something that builds some intrigue for a rematch knowing that both guys went guns blazing. It was TOO short to be satisfying, EVEN for McGregor fans. Regardless of Aldo's history, I don't think we see it, not unless Aldo fights his way back up and McGregor remains undefeated and in the same weight class.

By the way, had Connor not landed that second hammer fist on the ground, Jose would still be out. That punch actually woke him up

What about me? I'm pissed with Aldo, what a fucking idiot.

His game plan SHOULD have been to hang back, let McGregor come to him, time him and counter........not rush in like a dickhead winging shots with your eyes closed. Guy was jumping around crazily before and during the fight, I think he was mentally disturbed and fucked up.

Dude needed to be calm, clear, use timing and his rounded skillset to slowly break McGregor down. That's the game plan.

Aldo didn't fight like a champion, he fought like a first timer.

This fight was too short to be satisfying. I was hoping to see Conor show off his talents and emerge as the better striker as the fight went on. He threw the perfect punch instead and ended it before it really got started.

This fight reminds me of JDS / Cain 1. The guy I wanted to win ended it early. It was over so fast, it's hard to say what would happen in a rematch.

That's how Aldo fights. Straight forward. There was nothing different. Add to the fact that Conor was in his head. Aldo didn't want this fight. And the only reason he fought was pride and manhood.

It wasn't even straight forward, it was a retarded bullrush. It definitely seemed that McGregor was in his head
