Amen. I doubt they'll fight on the same card for financial reasons, but if they wanted to do a duel showcase put them in with some tough but defensively deficient opponents. Virtually guarantee a couple of nice knockouts for both and hypes up the showdown even more.

Canelo will have a cupcake fight...nothing wrong with that. He's earned it. GGG will fight his normal level opponent.

 

This has to be at 155lbs. No way Canelo fights GGG at 160.

hopefully golovkin is in with a guy he struggles against so that alvarez comes into the fight as the slight favorite.

Good bet...considering Mayweather won 11-12 rounds vs. Canelo...yet one of the judges gave him the fight...and that the Cotto fight was soo close that the Mexican commentators were crying/begging Canelo to go for broke in round 12.....yet the Judges soo it so one-sided for Canelo....

Blah, I know I'm in a small minority, but I thought Canelo came forward, threw a lot of punches, and tried a lot more than Floyd. I don't think Canelo won that fight, but him getting an even card was not ridiculous to me. He hits harder than Floyd and he did land punches.

 

For what? Alvarez is getting beatdown. Not even worth hedging
