    Just finished episode 3 where they interrogated breden , the nephew. That is some of biggest bullshit I have seen. It's fucking amazing.

    Is that episode before or after the lawyer/cop went to the evidence room and saw that the blood DNA sample Avery guy gave many many years ago(first conviction) was tampered with???...

    How the fuck is it that they keep having conversations with this kid without his parents present? he is 16. The mother really did a disservice to her kid. This is why stupid people should not have kids.

    I skimmed your post but did not read it, I notice Nancy grace in there, which means you are watching current news. I would suggest anyone not to watch current news before watching this documentary. Stay away from the news. That is why I am binge watching this because it's all over the news.

    Exactly. I won't comment on this case because I haven't watched it but I'm sure a good film maker could put together a documentary convincing most of the country that Scott Petersson is actually not guilty. There have been several people criticizing this series for leaving out important events.

    Watch the movie. You are looking at shit in the present without even seeing the trial. And doing yourself a disservice. There is no doubt of police corruption. You see it right before your eyes

    I am now watching episode 4. This is really heartbreaking stuff. It saddens me. I had to do my best not to cry. So is it likely that the police killed the woman and planted the evidence?

    I doubt they killed her. But they definitely planted evidence. Watch the scene where the ex-boyfriend was asked if they touched the car by the reporter. the other volunteer said yes and he quickly looked shaken and had to correct him to say no. Something was funny about that exchange.

    The most troubling stuff:
    - There was only DNA of Steven Avery on the key. No DNA of the victim.
    - The DNA analyst was called by detective Fassbender and he asked him to put the victim's DNA on the bullet. The analyst wrote this on a note and admitted that this happened. I can't believe that Fassbender and the analyst were not prosecuted for this. How could they have continued the trial with shit like this happening? The judge should have ended this immediately imo.
    - There was no traces of blood or DNA from the victim found in Steven Avery's trailer or in his garage, while the prosecuters claimed that she was stabbed and shot 11 times. A professional would have been needed to erase DNA evidence like that
    - Blood was removed from the tube that had Avery's blood in it. The seal of the box had been cut.
    - They claimed Steven Avery's blood was in the car. But why would Steven put the woman in the car if he killed her in the garage and burned her next to the trailer?

    There was no evidence against Avery, yet he was convicted to life in prison. Unbelievable. I had to hold my tears a couple of times. Hopefully justice will be served.

    On November 2nd 8 pm someone deleted voicemail messages from her phone and her ex-boyfriend had the password. So he probably deleted them. Why did he delete them? He should have been the prime suspect.

    Wow - what a fascinating story. The behavior from the prosecution in this case is shocking. The kids lawyer was a little weasel and should be ashamed of himself. I found the most credible people throughout the doc to be Bunting & Strang.

    I wouldn't say the Police killed her but they planted evidence, no question about it. Now, if that was to frame or strengthen the case - who the hell knows.
