Most of these countries have a mixed population of native (Indian), European descendants, mixed (mestizos) with some full black people as well. Mexico has a very high % of mestizos. But they do have blecks, whites, pure Indians, and Middle Easterners (Jose Sulauiman and Selma Hayek I think are both Lebanese from Mexico.)
