I'd take Paulie. I feel he was better at 140 than Paz was. Neither guy really has the power to seriously damage the other, but I see Paulie's jab being effective enough against the roidster to win him the fight.

Malignaggi wouldn't have his usual foot work advantage against PAz, and since his defense pretty much only consisted in his movement, I think he would catch a whooping.
