Milton Mccrory vs Vernon Forrest

Two tall lanky welterweights who relied on the jab. Who win this one ?

 

I think Forrest was better than McCrory. Not by a big margin though. I think it'd be close, competitive fight which Forrest would edge.

Put Forrest in with the 85 Curry, and I think Vern lasts a bit longer, but ultimately Curry would have dismantled Forrest as well.

 

Pick-em to me ... McCrory a little smoother, Forrest a little sturdier

 

With the way Mccrory returned his left hand low after jabbing, i cant see Forrest not catching him with a bomb of a right hand. And id never call Mccrory smooth

According to you every half decent welterweight beats mayweather. It's a wonder that this mediocre highly protected club fighter managed to beat, Mitchell, Judah, baldomir, de la Hoya , hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, Guerrero, Canelo, cotto, maidAna, pacquiao, Berto over a ten year period. That bum is lucky.

 

The guy was so stiff it looked like he had a broom up his ass. He was in no way smoother than FOrrest.
