My gut tells me that wilder fucks him up early to everyone's surprise. Then suddenly wilder will be overrated for a few months until he meets either Joshua, the Cuban or the kiwi.... And then he gets knocked the fuck out.
Wilder hits hard enough to get rid of anyone early. I won't be surprised if he finds a way to avoid fighting in Russia, though. Hope I'm wrong.

Exactly this. This would be a great confrontation of "traditional boxing technique" vs "do what works" approach Povetkin has scored some good KOs lately and it seems that his punching power has improve dramatically compared to three years ago. That is why I would make him the slight favorite, but he does get hit as you said
Povetkin was at his worst when he fought Wladerina. He was coming off a string of unimpressive performances. Losing seemed to have lit a fire under his ass (not to mention that his physique screams PED since then), and he looked much more impressive since then. THis fight is basically pick em for me.
At this point, picking Parker against WIlder is mongoloid. And I would say that after his last fight, you have to make Wilder a strong favorite against Joshua.
yeah, you even responded to my post in which I was saying that it was the worst performance I ever saw from WIlder. Still, Parker has only beaten bums so far, and seeing how joshua was badly hurt by a guy who was considered a bad prospect, I don't think he's ready for Wilder right now

At this point, I just don't see Joshua reacting well to Wilder bumrushes. He's bound to get caught sooner rather than later, and it seems that his chin is not all that. In a few years, when he's a bit more seasoned, it might be a different story, but right now, I think he's simply not ready imo.
