I couldn't care less about mixed race Jedi . What does concern me, however is if we get gay Jedi.

May was the original release date, but since "Rogue One" reshoots forced it to be released on December 2016, Disney then pushed the release date of Episode VIII to not get it released just a mere few months from 'Rogue One' and create Star Wars fatigue among moviegoers. I think it was a wise move and it gave the director more time to fine tune the special effects and hammer the editing without a rushed deadline.
