You have the worst track record of picking fights that I have ever seen.

You think that because Canelo always takes a couple of rounds to get going (as many great fighters have done) that he is "plodding" and "dumb."

I can't take a guy like you seriously and I'll always be happy to be have the opposite opinion as you.

This Caligula fellow has always stalked me for some reason.

I hate to break this you, kind sir - but you're so irrelevant to me as a poster that I don't even KNOW your track record of predictions.

There's some posters on here who are relevant enough that I remember their predictions: like Cdogg, REED, Double, Sly, Muzse, Neil, ect...

But you? Sorry buddy, I never notice you. You're a nobody to me. But CLEARLY, I'm somebody to you.

    As you were, Mr. Nobody.

Everyone has their fighters they like and figters they hate. And I don't expect everyone to like the same fighters. But when you hate a fighter you go into full on comic book mode and ruin threads with your sports radio bullshit act. God forbid, you just comment on the actual fight.

"If this was 1983 this guy wouldn't even be considered....!!!" "I wish this guy was fighting against (insert legendary fighter and his prime year) and there would be a (insert joke about funeral, coma, lst fight of his life, etc...)

To top this off you re just about ALWAYS wrong about everything. And while you're shitting on guys like Canelo, Jessie Vargas and other champions as jokes and bums you heap endless praise on guys like Imam, Sadam Ali, Spence (when he hadn't even fought Algieri yet), Crawford (who looks good lately but his biggest win was a comeback against a dwarf featherweight.) You express the most unbalanced, biased opinions and it's all based on who you're a groupie of and who you choose to hate on.

I'm not stalking you, I'm calling out your bullshit and reminding you how awful your track record is.

I would stand by my earlier statements that Canelo beats up GGG who has failed to impress me as dynamic enough to stay on top for long.

Not in the least. I look at Canelo fight and I look at GGG fight and its clear... Canelo is the better boxer! GGG size could make it really tough, but Canelo has way too much skill for the Wald jr.

Size? Canelo comes into the ring weighing 10 pounds more than Golov, on average. So once Golov whups this clown, don't use the excuse of "Canelo was too small".

If you think Canelo has more skill than Golov, I question if you know what skill is.

FOOTWORK is big part of skill. I'll tell you for DAMN SURE that Golov has a big edge there.

The same guys picking GGG to dominate and stop Canelo are probably the same idiots who picked Pavlik to KO Hopkins

Ok. I know being proven counts for a lot but Hopkins was stylistically always a nightmare for Pavlik. Canelo's style is made for GGG, it only depends on which one of them is better. So far everything points to GGG

Yup...They were not facinated with his pale skin ass to begin with....then that coward performance against Floyd just turn many of them against him....and since Mexican fans are educated boxing fans..THEY KNOW they SEE when someone is ducking....and Canelo is ducking...throwing obstacles in the way..

GGG is so overrated. He's fought a pile of fucking bums and that's it. He plods away and has shit for D. Canelo beats the shit out of him and makes him quit.

GGG has great footwork, a wonderful jab, power in both hands, and is wayyyyy craftier than given credit for. I don't see the whole "plodder" thing.

Is it a coincidence that the ONLY two times in his career that Canelo has looked like a killer, it came against the two worst chins of all time?

Kirkland and Khan = An 75 year old man suffering from ALS takes a better shot than those two.

Obviously not a direct styles analogy. But the analogy is comparing an aggressive high work rate knockout specialist (Pavlik) with a guy many considered struggled with high activity and himself didn't have a consistent work rate. Fightbeat posters are notoriously very simplistic in their fight analysis. Many idiots here looked at Hopkins vs Calzaghe and Taylor and figured he can't deal with aggression and intensity and so picked Pavlik even many picking Pavlik to actually knock him out. At the time I laughed at such assertions stating quite correctly that hopkinsnwould embarrass the ghost with skills.

Now not saying Canelo would embarrassing GGG or even beat him, but saying that the styles analysis reveals a different fight that what some of you simpletons are thinking. It's not a brawl in which the bigger strong man wins. It'll be chess match aggression with neither one having consistent success

Diagree, he looks OK against most of these cans. Still gets hit alot, by dudes that aren't even that fast. I would go ahead and just add GGG to the list of 'great' fighters who get exposed for being single dimensional when they step up and fight a really good boxer.. Ala Taylor, Hamed, Pavlik, Khan, Matthysse... add Wlad to that list too if he wasn't a giant.

GGG would be exposed by a good/great boxer..Like Hopkins even the one from 2-3 years ago would exposed GGG. CANELO is NOT a great boxer....

    GGG by KO 8...

GGG is clearly heavier handed. GGG has a stiffer more damaging jab. Chins are about equal I'd say. Canelo is less hit able IMO and Canelo is more fluid and dynamic in terms of transition from offense to defense and defense to offense. It'll be a fascinating fight and GGG will be tested

Yeah it's ridiculous. GGG cuts the ring off better than anybody in long time and certainly has a far better footwork than Canelo.

Apart of being tested I don't see an advantage for Canelo here. Assumption of how GGG is gonna quit is totally without basis too.

I still don't see D&M's point either. As I already pointed out, everybody agreed that Hopkins had the style to beat Pavlik, almost nobody thought Hopkins had enough left to do it. Here, Canelo doesn't have the stylistic edge either.

Plus, the Pavlik pick was eight years ago. I am not convinced that it still proves that you can see something that nobody else does.
