It's the NBA Neil, There's NOT Many Sets Run @ That Level...Coaches Have an Idea of Who They WANT To Dominate the Rock, but it's Not Nearly as PLAYS Oriented as You're Insinuating...

When Durant Is ON or Westbrook's Mid-Range Jumper is Falling, OKC's Halfcourt Offense is Fine....

other teams players move around when they dont have the ball in their hands. they run a lot of pick n rolls. OKC does some of that but mostly ISOs. durant mentioned their success was due to him moving so that the spurs couldnt key on him as easily

as for the Golden state game, it seemed to me that the worst thing to happen to portland was when bogut fouled out and it forced the warriors to go small

Spurs-Thunder is gonna go 7 IMO. Spurs will win in 7.

Warriors-Blazers series is over after tonight. Baring a MIRACLE, Blazers will get closed out on Wed.

Meaning the Spurs will go up against a rested Warriors team with Steph back to form.

Dubs take out the Spurs in 6.

Weird game again. Very subjective officiating. Not sure how leonard wasn't called for a foul at the end of the game on westbrook

LIVE by the Foul, DIE by the Foul...

Tony Parker was FLOPPING All Over the Place, Getting Bullshit Fouls Called on Westbrook...The Refs LITERALLY Waited for a Couple of Duncan's Shots to Go In or Not, Before Finally Calling Fouls and Aldridge Went to the Line MORE than Anybody...

The TOUGHEST Thing to Do in the NBA is ELIMINATE the San Antonio Spurs...They'll Bring ALL they Have to OKC Thursday Night...

Having Said That, Durant-Westbrook WILL Combine for 60+, OKC WILL Outrebound the Spurs and they'll Still Be Much More ATHLETIC than the Spurs...In Short, OKC Is, Was and Always Will Be a BAD Matchup for the Spurs...Tonight's Game was Played @ the Spurs Pace, on Their Floor, They Lead by Double Digits Various Times...

    Yet they Still LOST...

The SCARIEST Thing for the Spurs is that Serge Ibaka has Done Next to NATHAN All Series Looooooooooooooong....If He Gives OKC ANYTHING in These Next 2 Games, this Series is a Wrap...

them sitting ibaka has been crucial to their success. the line up with kanter and adams has been very effective. thunder are winning on the offensive glass for the most part.

OKC will always end up disappointing in the end. They should finish off the Spurs, the original big 3 of SA are done. Parker has the most left in the tank but barely. Duncan is on straight fumes at this point and Manu isn't far behind. Westbrook and Durant are monsters.

phonetap expects OKC to move on and lay an egg against GS. GS in 5 games.

Whether or not OKC wins this series, I called it from the jump that they would push the Spurs to the brink.

And I maintain that OKC will be tougher for the Warriors. Dubs will still win though, but OKC will push them to the brink as well, whereas the Warriors were gonna destroy Spurs, just as they did in the reg season.

Queen James, as usual, has a cakewalk to the finals.

OKC is Clearly Better Equipped to Compete with Golden State, than the Spurs...You Have to Be Able to OUTSCORE Golden State to Beat Them...

Of the Remaining Teams, OKC and Cleveland are the Only 2 That Can....

Without Whiteside it won't happen but I'd love to see Cleveland lose to Miami. I bet DWade and LeBron won't share a ride on a banana boat if that were to happen.

The east is absolute trash. LeBron would never go west. I wish the NBA went to seeding. Would be much better matchups rather than allowing the best four out of five teams in the west to eliminate each other while the Cavs (and before them the Heat) get byes.

And Make NO Mistake, Cleveland IS Capable of Upsetting Golden State in the Finals (ASSuming OKC) Doesn't Do it 1st...

Bron HASN'T Had to Carry the Playoff Scoring Load as of Yet, But If/When he Needs to be EPIC, He Still Can Be...Not Even a Year Ago, Bron BADLY Outplayed Steph Head to Head, and Don't Underestimate just How MOTIVATED Bron is to Do it Again, Given the League's Recent Love Affair with Curry...

    True..."HOWEVER"...

Don't underestimate the Warriors season long drive to repeat. They felt disrespected after last years "Lebron didn't have help" narrative Lebronheads tossed around last year.

Plus, now they have the best record in their back pocket and they know that record won't have as much shine if they don't win this year's chip.

They've got more invested and to lose than Lebron. Lebron may go at the revenge angle, the Warriors are coming in on the "respect" angle. With this year's chip they cement themselves as an all-time great team.

When that series happens, Lebron will outplay Curry again because phonetap is sure he is sick and tired of everyone saying Curry is the best player in the league.

Jordan had to get through the Bad Boys Pistons, the Riley Knicks, the Shaq-Penny Magic, and the Riley Heat to make it out the East each year. ALLLL great teams.

Lebron has to get through the Jeff Teague Hawks, and the Kyle Lowry Raptors...

Curry IS the best player in the league right now. It's not something that's debatable like it was last year.

Did you SEE what Curry did Monday night?

Lebron CANNOT do that at this stage of his career. He's just too old.

At this point, anybody who DOUBTS Curry as the league's best player is simply hating.

Lebron is still the second best though.

After that, you can debate whether Westbrook or KD is the third best.

pay attention brother X. If you think Lebron isn't touched by the talk of Curry being the best then you are mistaken. Also, Lebron is only 31 so let's not pretend he is too old, that's ridiculous. phonetap guarantees that Lebron will statistically outplay Curry in the NBA finals. Not saying the Cavs will win but Lebron will have a point to prove and he will.

Steph is a competitive guy. He might be soft spoken, but he goes out and plays with that Jordan/Kobe/Bird chip on his shoulder. He'll have a point to prove as well. As long as his knee or ankle doesn't go out again, and I think he'll have a great finals.

REED Would Like to See HEALTHY Miami (Bosh Included) vs. Bron Too...

Bron BLATANTLY Kisses DWade's Ass, Whenever They Play Each Other, to the Point of Almost Being INTENTIONALLY Non-Competitive...Waaaaaaaaaaaaay Toooooooo RESPECTFUL...But in a Playoff Series, Niceties HAVE to Be Put to the Side...

REED Would Loooooooooooove to See Bron Placed in that Situation, w/His CLOSEST Homey in the League...

Hate to Side with the "LeBronheads", but the FACT Is, Kevin Love DID NOT Play a Single Minute of the NBA Finals and Kyrie Only Played 3 Qtrs of Game 1 (& Was In the Midst of QUITE the PG Duel w/Steph), Until Getting Injured....

Nonetheless, Cleveland Took that Series to 6 and Bron was Faaaaaaaaaaar and Away the BEST Player on the Floor...

Golden State vs. HEALTHY Cleveland is Faaaaaaaaaaaaar from a Foregone Conclusion...If it Were a Boxing Match, REED Would Only Favor Golden State 60-40...

Curry is the Best Player on a NIGHT to NIGHT Basis, For Sure...No, Bron ISN'T Capable of Being THE Best in the League, Every Single Night...But When he HAS to Be, Make No Mistake, LeBron James is STILL the Best Player in the League, Bruh....

The Thing Is, Playoff Games AREN'T Held on a Nightly Basis...w/REST and PREP Time, REED is Confident Bron is STILL the Best Player in the League...& Even if they LOSE in the Finals Again, That'll Be OBVIOUS to All Spectators, in REED's Opinion....

Look @ Bron and Curry's Finals #'s from Last Year, Homey...NOfuckingCOMPARISON...
