The Game was SLOPPY Here and There, but REED Attributes it to GOOD Defense...No Way You Could Classify Westbrook's 2nd Half as "Poorly Played"...

Philly Wins the 1st Pick in the NBA Draft Lottery...Hate to See Their Yearly TANK Jobs Rewarded...

Having Said That, REED FULLY Expects Ben Simmons' Agent to Announce he Has NO Intentions of Being a 76'er, So he Can Go to L.A. @ # 2...

i thought alot of the turnovers by durant in the first half were mostly due to carelessness or stupid plays where he was over aggressive and dribbling into double teams. he missed a bunch of open shots as well. westbrook played a good game, i thought, despite the poor shooting in the first half. he's shot poorly throughout the playoffs but if he is not jacking up 25 plus shots and is getting the entire team involved then he is doing his job.

GS also had a lot of careless turnovers particularly toward the end of the game and they missed a bunch of open shots as well.

Only 3 more tank jobs and they'll be ready to compete. Gotta make sure the engine is all the way there before they actually start it up.

A part of me hopes their entire team gets case of spontaneous combustion of the Achilles tendon and they have to start from scratch all over again.

Raptors looked good for a quarter , after that it was apparent that they have no where near the depth of talent that Cavs have. Raptors rely on three individuals and the only way they have success is when all three are in the court at the same time but due to substitutions etc when any of those three are on the bench they are up against it and that shows down the stretch when you are resting players . I see no way they can win this series. None.

Nah, they don't have a chance. They might steal one at home, but that's about it.

Meanwhile OKC and Golden State are going to knock each others teeth in for 6 or 7 games.

Sure he Does...When a Player is ASSURED of Going No Worse than # 2 Overall, That's Called Leverage...

Granted, Simmons Would Come Into the League Looking Like an Entitled DIVA, but he COULD Prevent Himself from Being a 76'er, if he So Desired...

They'll Play INSPIRED in Game 3, Feeding Off the Energy of the Home Crowd...But the Cavs Will Keep it Fairly Close Until the 4th Quarter, Where They'll Take the Lead For Good...

Then they'll Make it Official, by SWEEPING Toronto in Game 4...

After What REED Saw Last Night, There's Really NO Other Way this Series Can Play Out...

I don't think he can. The sixers 5 year tank was to get a guaranteed franchise player. Now they finally succeeded they ain't dealing him

Philly ready to trot out the anti-small-ball line-up, with Simmons at the 3, Noel at the 4, and Okafor at the 5

Noel Has the FRAME and ATHLETICISM to Play the 3, but Lacks the Ballhandling, Shooting Touch, Passing Ability and Overall PERIMETER Wherewithal to Play There...DeAndre Jordan Would Have As Good a Chance Playing the 3 as Noel Does...

Simmons is a NATURAL 3, and Can Facilitate From that Position...The Sixers Would just Need to Get Some Decent Combo Guards that Can Shoot...

Well, if they just send Simmons down to D-League for a year and manufacture injuries for a couple other guys, they can tank again and shoot for that Combo guard in the next draft.

For Simmons sake he needs to turn out to be a better pro than he was in college like Karl Anthony Towns or he will get lost in the sauce in Philly.

The KEY to Simmons Will Be his DETERMINATION...

All of the PHYSICAL Attributes and SKILLS Are There...But He Tended to DRIFT In Some of his LSU Games, as Opposed to Being DRIVEN to Illustrate He was THE Best Player on the Court, Every Game Out...

Simmons Has the TALENT to Be the Next Young STAR of the NBA, but he Could Also Become the NBA Equivalent of Jadeveon Clowney...Philly is the LAST Place a Young Player Should Be, if he's Half Assing...

It Hasn't Been COMPETITIVE Necessarily, w/2 of the 3 Games Being Blowouts, but it's Still Been ENTERTAINING as Hell, to REED...

Both of These Teams are Offensive JUGGERNAUTS; Golden State Emphasizes More of a SKILL Aspect, Whereas OKC Typically Gets Down w/Raw SIZE and ATHLETICISM...The Mesh of Their Styles has Been VERY Pleasing to REED's Eye's...

And Make No Mistake, Game 4 WILL Be Competitive as Hell...THE Best Game of the Series Thus Faaaaar...

It's all cool. Basketball is hard to predict. Who would have thought OKC would blow the Dubs out like that... :tick:
