Why and when did Sr. change his name, do you know? Seems a meaningless change.

 

To the best of my knowledge, Eubanks Sr. has never legally changed his name. He was born Eubanks. He was called Eubanks in broadcasts for much of his career. For some reason, at some stage he decided he wanted to be referred to as Eubank, and commentators obliged him but I'm fairly confident that his real name remains Eubanks. It is, therefore, technically correct to call him Eubanks.

I have no idea if the son has the same legal name or the legal name Eubank.
