    If you were going to make this film with JCVD, why a remake? No one remembers the shit sequels so just use JCVD as the original character but now as a trainer.

    When are they going to stop with this Bautista shit? He's an awful actor.

    Look, I know that you were children when this came out (same as that mediocre 'Ghostbusters' movie) and your generation hold it dearly because of nostalgia, but lets be real: 'Kickboxer' is an awful film that got 'inspired' by 'The Karate Kid'. 'Bloodsport' shits on this film. Critics trashed it and went straight to vhs. This film had a couple of good fights, but for the most part is cringe worthy and sleep inducing. Watch it again leaving out your nostalgia and you'll realize this is a bad film.

    And yeah, I only post trailers of remakes of great films. :rolleyes:

    I use to think Kickboxer and BLoodsport were the same, but other than the training, it's a different movie. Fuck the haters.

    You were one of the 'lucky ones' that it played in your area as the film had a limited release and was pulled out after just four weeks (most straight to dvd movies have a limited release too). It grossed only $14 million, but it was a rental hit.
