Anybody Else HOT and BOTHERED by CM Punk's Foray Into MMA???...Frank Mir Sure Is...

    http://www.mmafighting.com/2016/9/9...ir-pissed-off-that-cm-punk-is-fighting-at-ufc

And he Makes VALID Points...REED's Watched a Little Bit of that CM Punk Mini-Series and Dude is a Fucking JOKE...If this Kid Gall Can Fight Even a TAD, he WASTES Punk in the 1st Round...

Or, was Punk INTENTIONALLY Looking Like he Couldn't Beat a Female Bantamweight, to Lure the Masses Into a FALSE Sense of Security???...

I don't miss many UFC's, but I'm missing this one. I like Stipe well enough, but juice fuck Overeem can buzz off. Werdum Rothwell could be an okay fight. Some novelty act I've never heard of in the 3 spot. No thanks.

I don't see any of the fights going past the 1st. Stipe will crush Overeem. Werdum will do the same to Browne. And I don't think Punk has any chance, although it would be awesome to see him win just to watch people's heads explode on the MMA forums.

As for Punk fighting in the UFC with no experience, it doesn't really bother me. Sometimes the business aspect of the UFC will overshadow the sport part of it. Not much different than when they brought in James Toney, Kimbo or that cop that beat up Kimbo who's name I can't remember.

Stipe DOES Seem Like a Very Cool, Down to Earth Dude...Always Smiling and Having a Good Time, UNTIL it's Time to Fight...

His 2 Fisted Power is a BAD Matchup for Overeem's SHIT Punch Resistance...

Have you SEEN the Footage of Punk "Fighting"???...He SUCKS...

Even Though he was Circus Freak, Kimbo @ Least Brought LEGIT Power and Countless Street Fights to the Cage w/Him...To REED's Knowledge, Punk Never Even Wrestled at an Appreciable Level, Unless his SCRIPTED WWE Matches Count???...

Punk's Punching Technique Makes Ronda Rousey Look like Alexis Arguello, by Comparison...

REED's Fine w/the Occasional FREAK SHOW Fight, but @ Least Make Sure the Guy USED to Be Good @ Some Martial Art, 1nce Upon a Time....There's a Chance This Fight will Be LAUGHABLY 1-Sided, Which Will Only VALIDATE the Point Frank Mir's Trying to Make....

Mickey Gall shouldn't even be in Punk's league considering Punk himself nearly beat HW contender Brock Lesnar until he got mashed repeatedly with a chair

i feel kinda bad for punk, he seems like a nice guy and is trying but it's really not much more than taking a random dude off the street. He is starting at zero. Doesn't seem like he has a shot in hell

I'm picking Overeem to be the new heavyweight champ tonight. He gets knocked out easily, but he's an elite striker with good defense until he's gassed. He's learned how to pace himself instead of going all out and running out of energy.

I'd love to see JDS get a rematch against the winner. They'll probably give the next title shot to Cain instead. I don't want to see Cain / JDS 4.

I hope Overeem knocks him out and then takes a big dump on his chest in the ring. Like a steaming pile

Cowboy Cerrone volunteered to step in and fight CB Dolloway's opponent at 205 on 18 hours notice. Cowboy is a lightweight with super heavyweight balls. I guess they wouldn't let him fight someone that much bigger than him.

I pick Overeem also. If he wins this one, it would finally be the consecration of what i've always been telling

Disappointing performance by Faber. He's slowed down too much and become too hesitant to beat the top guys in the division today.

I always hated Faber, but I won't pretend that was prime time Faber. He really seem shot, and he's a gyu whou relied more on atlheticism than skills (he didn't had much, except for his scrambles skills). He should retire

Total domination by Mickey Gall. Who would have guessed CM Punk isn't a UFC caliber fighter.

That was like Randy Couture / James Toney, only Toney was a real fighter.

I'm hoping Werdum gets back to his grappling roots and uses his BJJ tonight. Standing with Browne would be risky.

This is an awful, awful fight. Browne is this generation's Tim Sylvia.

At least the first round was fun.

Why do they want to fight now when it's over? They should have been fighting in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

Overeem is absolutely useless when he's not roided out of his skull. That was embarrassing.

Mickey Gall is a NJ guy. He actually went to the prom with my cousin. Funny stuff.

    That was pretty sloppy.

Stipe hits hard as hell, though.
