    Olivia Munn is not only incredibly sexy, but she has a great personality. The kind of chick a man loves to have conversations with because she likes all the same nerdy stuff we like! Her success has been based on all that I mentioned. She doesn't need to 'try hard'. She is a natural.

    Well this film was just disappointing. Apoc could have been an interesting villain but his costume was so stupid I couldn't take him seriously. He never feels menacing and due to the heavy CGI, nothing he does has any real weight in terms of destruction.

    Wasted are McEvoy and Fassbender in this. Why is that bad? Because they are the best part of this pseudo reboot and made First Class the best of the X Men movies.

    We get a younger Scott and Jean. That's good but why the hell is Mystique the leader of the X Men?

    Quicksilver was great again. Likeable character and a welcome inclusion here.

    Bad decision to break out the Phoenix again. They've already shit on that storyline in X3. Best go in another direction but that's the big issue really. Retreading the same ground.

    Wolverine origin again? Isn't that the third time it's been shot? Jackman has been great for the franchise but it's time to put Wolverine to bed.

    Can't see myself watching this again. Was a huge fan of FC and it's a shame to see the way this interesting take on the X Men has devolved.

    2 out of 5 (4ish on my old 10 scale)

    Mystique was the leader because Hollywood needed to show a woman in charge to somehow push that political agenda.

    Nah, the main reason was because Mystique was played by box office champ Jennifer Lawrence, had it been Rebecca Romjin she would have been left standing in the background.

    Why would they need a box office champ to lead when the movies were hits when she wasn't. If you don't think liberal singer had an agenda, you are nuts.

    You think the studio, who paid Lawrence a king's ramson salary, was going to let Singer keep her in the background nodding her head? Who they showed the most in the trailers? (hunch: she is blue...)

    True, but ultimately Singer is just a hired studio employee and most likely the studio big suits send notes to his executive producer saying something like 'Tell that motherfucker pedophile that we want more talking scenes with J-Law in prominence'.

    She's pretty but overrated. This movie was okay. Great to finally see Apocalypse on screen and Isaac was solid in the role. It just seemed rushed and scattered.
